If you are looking to stay in the old town this apartment is in an unbeatable location. Restaurants, grocery stores, cafes are all within easy walking distance. The apartment itself, although small, is well appointed with everything one might need and is clean, modern and nicely decorated. One thing to note is that the one and only window does not offer any kind of view, but in my opinion this is not a negative as it simply prompts one to get outside. While there, I had a small technical issue (due completely to my lack of tech savvy) and Victoria (the host) responded to my question promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this apartment.

The stay in Adriana's apartment was great, she was super attentive to us and attentive to calls, very flexible with check-in and check-out times, the apartment was great with everything you need to spend a few days, super comfortable and perfect for 4 people. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Wonderful apartment, clean and very cozy. The terrace was luxurious, with beautiful views and a nice breeze. Although it is very close to the Jávea promenade, the apartment is located in a quiet residential area. Undoubtedly, para repeat.

The apartment is excellent—spacious, beautifully renovated, with all-new furniture and kitchen appliances. It’s just a 20-minute walk from the port and a 5-minute drive from the beach in Arenal. Maximo is a great host, accommodating and reliable with communications. Highly recommended!

The apartment is beautiful, it doesn't need anything, the common areas such as the pool and gardens are very well maintained Quiet place to disconnect and have a good vacation, in fact, the week we stayed was too short Marina is charming, super attentive at all times!! Everything is great. The beds are very comfortable, the air conditioning works very well, the bathroom is very large and the shower is fantastic. In the kitchen there was everything, sugar, tea, oil, kitchen paper, etc. We didn't cook but it looked very good in terms of cutlery and pots. Impeccable sheets and towels.

We loved our stay at this accommodation in Jávea. The house is comfortable, very clean and well cared for. Everything worked perfectly and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is ideal for exploring the area: close to beautiful coves, the old town and with easy access to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet, ideal to rest after a day at the beach or excursions. Although we didn't meet the host in person, the whole process was very easy and well organized. Communication was clear and prompt at all times, which made everything very simple. A highly recommended place if you're looking for tranquility and comfort to enjoy Jávea. We would do it again without hesitation!

We had a great stay in Ofelia’s apartment. It was really clean, big enough for our group of 3, everything we needed was there. It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Also the contact with Ofelia was great, she is a very kind host. I would definitely recommend this place!

A wonderful apartment in a top location. Very complete! Kitchen well equipped. Good and quiet location. Easy walking distance to beach. David is a super nice man. Always responds and is very helpful. He was also present when we arrived at the apartment. We felt more than welcome! We enjoyed it very much and will definitely go back. Thank you David for everything.

Patrick was the best host I've ever had! Although due to the traffic we arrived quite late, he was understanding and had wide availability to give us the keys. He himself showed us the whole place and explained how the air conditioning worked, the garage... The accommodation has a lot of potential for a long stay: two terraces, barbecue, washing machine, ... The location is very good, close to a pharmacy, a Mercadona and very close to the promenade on foot and well connected by road. Unbeatable experience!

A top apartment located in a fantastic location with a lovely swimming pool. The host is very friendly and clearly thoughtful about the right stuff when staying. We think back with great pleasure: recommended!

Had a wonderful night at Angelina's place. It was everything we needed; clean, spacious, and right next to the bus station. Perfect to catch our bus in the morning. Angelina was very responsive, flexible, and friendly. She met me late after getting off of our ferry to help us check into the place. I would definitely stay again.

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

We loved this place! Beautiful apartment with high quality furnishings and very comfortable beds and everything about this place was luxurious. The hot tub is definitely worth the extra charge it's positioned perfectly on the top terrace with stunning views night and day. The beach is great very clean and safe we did paddle boarding and swimming every day. We can't wait to return 😊

We had a wonderful stay in Villajoyosa. The morning view from the terrace directly to the sea was incredibly relaxing and started the day perfectly. It was particularly beautiful to hear the gentle lapping of the waves at night – this created a very special atmosphere. The accommodation itself was spacious and well equipped, so we felt very comfortable. The only minor criticism was the cleanliness: on our arrival, hair from the previous owner was on the floor, but it was promptly removed after our feedback. There were also some stains on the sofa, which was a bit of a shame, but overall that didn't bother us. Overall, it was a great stay. If you are on vacation here, you should definitely have a car or rent one to reach the beautiful sandy beaches, explore the surroundings and get to different restaurants. We would definitely visit again!

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who received my group and me were super good, friendly and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. And finally, it is great, it deserves a 1000 out of 10

We had a wonderful 6 days in this incredible apartment! Perfect location to explore Alicante, particularly as there’s a tram stop a couple of minutes walk away, as well as a beach to pop to for a morning dip! The apartment is even lovelier than in the photos and we loved spending time there (and in the hot tub on the roof terrace) looking out at the beautiful sea and mountain view.s. Communication with the hosts was excellent and we felt very well looked after. Thank you so much.
