Apartment Benvinguts is a luxuriously furnished apartment consisting of a living room with adjoining spacious balcony (18m2), separate kitchen with adjoining balcony, hall, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment complex also has a large swimming pool with a children's pool. Adjacent to the master bedroom (with air conditioning!) Is a bathroom with sink, bath / shower and toilet. The other bathroom is located opposite the other two bedrooms (also both with air conditioning!) And is equipped with a sink, shower and toilet. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and the building has an elevator. A first balcony is located on the east, and a second, very spacious, balcony is located on the south.You can park your car in our private parking space in the garage under the complex. The apartment is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine. There are restaurants and shops 150 meters away. With the "El Arenal" sandy beach 350m away, you can walk to the pleasant boulevard of Jávea in no time. Here you can enjoy a day at the beach, a large number of various restaurants and entertainment venues. It is a beautiful beach, family-friendly and there are playground equipment for the children on the beach. Many shops and supermarkets are also located nearby, so a car is not necessary for your stay.
