The rocky beach on the promenade is accessible. The Nou Fontana canal is a few steps away and walking along the canal for about 8 minutes is El Arenal beach and its shopping and restaurant areas. It has a large private garage. The common area is spacious and comfortable. The apartment connects directly to the pool and also does not face west.
