Vacation rentals with beach access in Badia de Xàbia

A lovely apartment located around 15 minute walk from arenal where there is a great beach and an abundance of bars and restaurants on the promenade. Large supermarket within 5 mins walking also. The apartment was very clean and homely, well decorated and with a beautiful terrace we spent lots of time in. We were 3 adults and 2 children (cot and high chair provided for our 18 month old) and it didn't feel tight for space. We would return and recommend.

Een prachtig appartement op een top locatie. Heel compleet! Keuken goed ingericht. Goede en rustige ligging. Op loopafstand van het strand. David is een super aardige man. Reageert altijd en is heel behulpzaam. Hij was ook aanwezig toen we bij het appartement aankwamen. We voelden ons meer dan welkom! Wij hebben ontzettend genoten en gaan zeker terug. Bedankt David voor alles.

Maravilloso apartamento, limpio y muy acogedor. La terraza era un lujo, con unas bonitas vistas y una buena brisa. Aunque se encuentra muy cerca del paseo de Jávea, el apartamento está situado en una zona residencial y tranquila. Sin duda, para repetir.

Such a lovely apartment and soo close to the beach and restaurants and shops ! Very peaceful no road noise. Had everything you needed including a proper sized ironing board, dishwasher and washing tablets. Such a lovely welcome basket, wine, milk, water and crisps !!! All very clean with a balcony overlooking the pool - perfect !!!

The apartment is excellent—spacious, beautifully renovated, with all-new furniture and kitchen appliances. It’s just a 20-minute walk from the port and a 5-minute drive from the beach in Arenal. Maximo is a great host, accommodating and reliable with communications. Highly recommended!

El alojamiento de Pawel es espectacular. La casa es perfecta para alojar a 4 personas y cuenta con todo tipo de comodidades. La casa cuenta con 2 terrazas, un salón muy espacioso y agradable, 3 cuartos de baño y una piscina en una urbanización tranquila y cuidada. El alojamiento se encuentra a 8'-10' andando del paseo marítimo y del puerto de jávea. Adicionalmente, nosotros fuimos en coche y pudimos aparcarlo perfectamente en la calle de al lado, a menos de 50 metros del alojamiento. En último lugar, la comunicación con pawel fue muy fácil y en todo momento, estuvo pendiente intentando que nuestra experiencia fuese la mejor posible. Si volvemos a ir a Jávea, sin duda alguna intentaremos repetir nuestra estancia en este alojamiento.

Todo muy bien. Las camas comodisimas, el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien, el baño muy grande y la ducha fantástica. En la cocina había de todo, azucar, té aceite, papel de cocina, etc. Nosotros no cocinamos pero se veía muy bien en cuanto a cubertería y ollas. Las sábanas y las toallas impecables.

Muy buena ubicación. Pequeño pero muy coqueto, con todo lo necesario. Lo mejor la terraza, muy amplia y con unas vistas fantásticas. Hemos estado muy agusto en él. Repetiría.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

Inmejorable localización, la casa de Teresa está en primera línea de playa. Muy cerca de todos los servicios y completamente equipada Teresa fue una anfitriona muy atenta siempre pendiente de nuestras necesidades

We stayed here for 5 weeks with our 2 dogs. The house is very clean and comfortable, has a small private garden and a large, pretty communal garden. It was great to have a full kitchen with everything you need plus parking outside the front door. The house is 5 minutes walk to the Arenal with all of its shops, bars, restaurants and has a mini golf and karting 3 minutes walk away for families. Any questions we had were responded to positively and very quickly. We are very happy to recommend it.

We had an amazing stay!! It’s a lovely house and garden where you can cool off in the pool. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Javier is an amazing host and very responsive. Definitely recommend this place!!

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. Great host and fantastic apartment. Communication was great and Mischa was very helpful and got back really quickly when we had questions. The apartment is in the perfect location a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. We loved the view from the living room. It was nice to have the pool as an option too and really handy to have beach chairs and umbrellas to use. We would like to come back but for longer next time.

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!

Great place and great host. Hugo was very responsive and kind, explaining everything in great detail. What really stood out for me was how well furnished the place was, we had all the amenities we needed that are usually missing: sponges, towels, soap and shampoo, cleaning products, coffee machine with hot cocoa and even loads of books ! Everything was super clean and we felt very comfortable. The place is really cool and gives off a super chill vibe. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway near the beach with a group of friends.

Мы жили у Лауры около 6 недель, под конец прибывания было ощущение что мы тут всегда и жили, уютная и комфортная квартира. Квартира очень практичная с двумя ванными комнатами, прекрасной террасой и отдельной кухней. В доме есть лифт, что очень удобно для семьи с ребенком. Дом находится недалеко от моря, вдоль моря прекрасная пешеходная зона. Кафе, рестораны в шаговой доступности. В 5 минутах ходьбы большой продовольственный магазин. Много свободных парковок в апреле месяце. Лаура- прекрасная хозяйка, и очень легка в общении. Сам город - просто великолепное место особенно для семейного отдыха. Если вы предпочитаете жить в квартире, то лучшего места не найти. Очень рекомендую.

Wij hadden het geluk om een maand in dit appartement te verblijven. Het is ruim en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een lang verblijf, er is zelfs genoeg opbergruimte. Het is modern ingericht en alles ziet er nieuw en schoon uit. Het is nog beter dan op de foto’s. De ligging is perfect; heel dichtbij de zee, restaurants en winkels. Er zijn genoeg parkeerplaatsen voor de deur en er is een afgesloten parkeergarage. Wij verbleven in de winter en hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad, maar ik kan mij voorstellen dat het heerlijk is ! Amparo was zeer vriendelijk. Zij gaf ons tips over de omgeving en wij mochten uitchecken wanneer dit voor ons uitkwam. Nogmaals heel erg bedankt voor alles ! Wij zijn van Jávea gaan houden 😁.
