Our reception team is located in the building and is always available to assist you during your stay. Reception hours: • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Weekends and public holidays: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM The building also features a shared outdoor swimming pool (4 x 5.75 m and 3 x 2 m), perfect for cooling off, enjoying the sun, and relaxing during your stay. Municipal tourist tax: The current rate is €10.45 per person, per night. It is not included in the reservation price and must be paid through online check-in. House Rules To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask you to keep the following rules in mind: • Check-in: from 3:00 PM • Check-out: by 11:00 AM • If online check-in has not been completed, late arrivals are subject to the following fees:  • 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM — €30  • 12:00 AM – 10:00 AM — €50 • Guests must present a valid ID at their arrival. • To book, at least one guest must be 25 years or older. • Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. • Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • Parties or events are not allowed. • The apartment may only be occupied by the number of guests indicated in the reservation. • Pets are not allowed. • Before check-out, please place trash in the designated bins and load used dishes and glasses into the dishwasher.

Villa Aura Brava is a Mediterranean house in Santa Cristina, a 7–10-minute walk from the beach. With a capacity for 10 people (5 bedrooms, 3 en-suite and 4 bathrooms), all with ocean views and two of them with a private terrace, this property stands out for its Balinese-style pool, spacious outdoor areas with a barbecue, and two kitchens, one of which is a premium kitchen with a 4-meter (13-foot) island. Located close to the coves of Santa Cristina, Treumal, and Sa Boadella, as well as other hidden coves that you will only discover by exploring the area.

It has 3 bedrooms (capacity for 5 people): 2 of them with 2 single beds each, which can be converted into a double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, and a sofa bed for two people (EXTRA, see conditions). It is fully equipped and air-conditioned. The apartment is on a second level; you have to climb some stairs. The suite has an alarm system that is deactivated when guests are occupying it. There is only one motion sensor inside the apartment and a camera that takes pictures outside the apartment, which is directed at the door that faces the street.

IDEAL FOR FAMILIES/FRIENDS!! Renovated house. It has everything you need to make your stay very cozy. Bedrooms with private access, each with a living room, kitchen, bathroom and double bed. No elevator, access by stairs. Check-in with electronic codes, without a concierge service or staff on site. Located in the historic center, in a quiet neighborhood. Please note that the bell tower is active, and bells ring day and night. Tourist tax not included.
