In terms of location, it is within walking distance to the beach , grocery stores, and bakeries in the garlic area. For Ayvalık and Cunda, you can go by public transportation from the garlic bus station within an average of 15 minutes walking distance. It was a very nice experience. I would definitely prefer it again for the next holiday plan.

The house was quite big. It had a pleasant terrace and patio. It was very clean and useful. It was quite close to the sea. It would be better to come by car.

She prepared a great house with appliances hung on the walls, authentic lamps, the products we think are copper in the living room, the knitted bikes at the entrance of the door, the patio, the swing and other items. As I told him, the opportunity and comfort you won't find in a 5-star hotel are available in this place. The house is 30-40 meters from the sea. The beach is beautiful, the sea is clean but there are chestnuts. If you do not have protective shoes, you can swim comfortably in a pristine area by walking 100 meters. Wonderful stay for my family. Deniz speaks English perfectly, provided tons of recommendations, and walked us through the house to show us all the amenities. The house is stunning, clean, and spacious. The house is right on the water and the water is crystal clear and swimmable. There is also an outside shower. The property is also pet friendly! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb with our group of 8! The house was perfect for us—spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We especially loved the outdoor area, which was perfect for relaxing as a group and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Our host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area. This villa exceeded our expectations in every way, and we all had a fantastic time. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay with friends or family.

Fantastic place to stay with the kids. The house is cool and easy to move around, and the swimming pool and garden is perfect for kids. A great place if you just want to kick back and hang around. Best to have a car, it is a great area to explore and nice walking in the hills up towards Olympos and nice beaches if you continue on the small road east.

It was definitely the best airbnb experience we've had. The house is just like in the photos, it's a place where you can have a great time. It is operated with the Simurg inn hotel, the people at the hotel were very helpful whenever we needed. We felt at home at every moment.

We had a very nice holiday for 6 people +1 baby for 5 nights. As it appears in the photos of the house, all the needs that may be are very thought out, there is air conditioning and a bathroom on each floor/room, the general cleaning of the house is very good, we used the linens and towels with peace of mind, we did not have any problems. The fact that the house has its own beach and the possibility of sun loungers was a great advantage, since we stayed in September, the beach was very calm and pleasant. We even used the bikes in the photos:) Mr. Harun gave detailed information about the house and places to go on the first day, and he was very helpful with everything until the last day, thank you very much to him and his family. Hope to stay again as a family.

The house and items were as clean and tidy as in the photos. Mr. Bünyamin, who cleaned the pool regularly every morning, left us olive oil and olive gifts from his own gardens. It's a pretty subtle thought. We enjoyed it very much. An address where we will stay again if we go that way. We found it appropriate to rent a car, so we can recommend it in order to get around or go to Izmir. But definitely don't rent anywhere else from corporate companies.
