The house is equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils. You can enjoy preparing your meals, or if you prefer, you can walk to the bazaar, restaurants, etc., discover the historical character of the city, and enjoy the sea on its beautiful beaches.

There are two separate kitchens on the 1st and 3rd floors where you can set up pleasant tables with your loved ones. The walking distance to the center of Ayvalık is 5 minutes and you can reach the beaches and Cunda Island in 15 minutes by car. We can speak Russian, German and English.

Our house is located in the historical settlement area of Ayvalık and in the Macaron region, one of the most active spots. Sahil Street, Barbaros Street, 13 Nisan Street, Ayvalık Square and Bazaar, Antikacılar Street, cafes, bars and taverns and historical places to see are within a 5-10 minute walk. There is a small garden, a living room, kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, and the double room has air conditioning.

Cunda awaits you with its old Greek houses, narrow cobblestone streets and unique flavors. Our apartment, with a private parking lot, is a 5-minute walk from the center of Cunda, only 70 meters from the sea, and has air conditioning, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, iron, dryer, kitchen equipment, Wi-Fi, hot water, toilet, and bathroom. The apartment has its own entrance. We will be happy to host you on the lower floor of our villa, the upper floor of which belongs to us.
