It is earthquake-resistant. It can accommodate 5 adults, and there is also a baby crib. The garden is for the exclusive use of our guests. There is a teakwood dining set in the garden. The house is equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils. You can enjoy preparing your meals, or if you prefer, you can walk to the bazaar, restaurants, etc., discover the historical character of the city, and enjoy the sea on its beautiful beaches.

On the ground floor, you will be greeted by our meticulously thought-out kitchen and tiny living area, while there is a small bedroom with its own toilet and a hall where you can enjoy the stove. On the upper floor, there is a large bedroom, bathroom and a tiny balcony, and areas such as Cunda and Sarımsaklı are only a 15-minute drive away from our house. The walking distance to the center of Ayvalık is 5 minutes and you can reach the beaches and Cunda Island in 15 minutes by car. We can speak Russian, German and English.
