Do not try to enter the front of the house by believing in map applications:) The easiest parking method is migros or miran parking. The house is quite spacious. Both rooms are suitable for couples. The rooms have their own bathrooms. It was a very pleasant stay on our behalf. If I try to explain Mr. Mete's hospitality, it would be unfair to him. Make 1 stay, get 1 friend. Thank you so much. When she found out that we were going to stay with our 1.5-year-old child, she even shared the items she had for her own child. I've never met such a beautiful host in my life.

We stayed for 90 days. We had a wonderful summer as a family. We felt like our own home and it was peaceful. Being close to the sea is a great advantage. The garden, balcony, terrace were very convenient to spend time. We burned our barbecue and ate and had fun. Our friends came, and even on the days we were crowded, we did not have any problems thanks to the bathroom, room and bed capacity. We would like to thank Mr. Alper and his family for their interest and service. I would recommend it to everyone without a second thought.

We were very satisfied with Ms. Eda's quick replies and hostess. She didn't know anything about her, but even though it was the morning of the holiday, she took care of the negativity right away. The house had all kinds of kitchens and household items. There was only a luggage and an environment to come. It was a very calm and serene environment due to the fact that it was on the site. We had a lovely dinner and morning breakfast at the porch. It is a relaxing environment for families with children to leave their children alone and relax. In short, it's the perfect ambience and hostess. See you again when the weather warms up, Ms. Eda

This house is a great one! We did not encounter any problems during our stay with our large family. Almost all of the items in the house are antiques and the house itself is an Greek house built in 1865, which was restored in 2015 and is under protection. The rooms are all very convenient and comfortable. The house consists of ground + 2 floors, and there is a seating area and kitchen on the floor. The upper floors include rooms, bathrooms and toilets. If you want to cook at home during your stay, there are all the facilities and kitchen utensils for cooking. (pots, pans, forks, knives, glasses, plates, etc.) From the moment we first checked into the house, our host, Mr. Emre, took great care of us. We really appreciated the information about the history of the house. In addition, he told us about the surrounding flavor stops and touristic areas with their names. She was always in contact with us and responded to our messages quickly. If you are coming to Ayvalik region, you definitely need to experience this place.

Ms. Duygu was very caring and responsive from our first trip to the first check-in. We had a friendly and friendly check-in. Since the place is described from what it looks like in the pictures, everything is much more beautiful than what is written, everything is thought out to the finest detail, all the fine details have been applied in the villa so that you can feel comfortable in the ‘ clean ‘spacious peace. Although it is September to sip coffee by the sea in the morning by the sea, it is a wonderful place that the weather is very nice and you can swim in the sea, the tranquility of the surrounding people is respectful, and the tranquility of the people around it is a wonderful place with a 2-minute drive, which I can definitely recommend going to the city center, which is a 2-minute walk and 7 minutes away. Although it was a baby, we had no problems . Wonderful stay for my family. Deniz speaks English perfectly, provided tons of recommendations, and walked us through the house to show us all the amenities. The house is stunning, clean, and spacious. The house is right on the water and the water is crystal clear and swimmable. There is also an outside shower. The property is also pet friendly! A wonderful retreat from busy Istanbul. Highly recommend.

My friend and I were going to be our first Airbnb vacation, so we were excited. In addition to the comments while doing the research, the terrace of this place was the biggest attraction to us. We witnessed much nicer views than the photos. When we went, we were greeted by much nicer people than the beautiful view of the terrace from the cleanliness of the house we stayed in. Their sincerity when we first saw it was invaluable that we were happy to leave. The proximity to many places to visit is ideal as a location, and it was a nice detail for the host to share the place with us before going. We went for the first time, but it will definitely not be the last. We would like to thank the hosts Mr. Ali and Ms. Figen.

Mr. Ege is a caring and kind host, we thank him very much. The house is very close to the sea and you can swim in the sea by walking about 100 meters. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach for the use of the residents and quite calm. The sea does not immediately deepen, it is very nice for non-swimmers and families with children. The dinners with a sunset view on the terrace of the house are very pleasant and ideal for making a barbecue. There is a convenience store with only bread and water within walking distance of the house. Transportation to the markets is 10 minutes away by car. There are also Ayvalik dolmuș from the stop, which is 5 minutes by walk from the house. Despite this, you will be more comfortable if you come by car. Perfect choice for those who want to have a calm holiday away from the eye, a perfect place to rest your head. If you want to get bored and mingle with the crowd, Ayvalik and Cunda are 15 and 20 minutes away. We left very satisfied, thank you...

The hotel experience was unlike any others around the area. the owners are incredibly friendly, the view is immaculate and their breakfast is just what is needed after a long night out in the 10-minute walk city center. The sea was also beautiful on this side of the Cunda island. 10/10 experience would definitely recommend to any newcomers to the area

We had a pleasant stay in Bagar’s place, it was clean, the breakfast was good and they took care of the few things we asked for immediately , like Iron, extra blanket… Communication was good, the young man that was taking care of the place spoke English and was very helpful, he carried our luggage up the few steps to our rooms on the ground floor. We parked our car in front of the property.

We decided to go to Cunda with 5 girlfriends to consider the weekend. When we went, we wanted to stay in a place that suits the structure of the place. This house I found was both clean, great design, stone structure, and we wanted to rent it right away. When we went, we liked it so much that it became much more willing to spend time at home instead of going out. When we asked for suggestions for dinner nearby, the lady who took care of the house immediately got back to us and helped us. We really enjoyed getting a quick response to every question and finding a solution. The house was great with both its location and design. We're already planning to make time to go back and stay longer. Thank you so much for your attention and lovely hospitality. We had a fun weekend.

We rented 2 separate apartments in the area with our friend. The part to the sea was completely owned by us, which was a pleasure. It was as it was in the description of the house. It was clean and tidy. There were delicious snacks in the kitchen for us. The location of the house was almost the middle point for our routes. A good location away from the noise of the center, but where you can reach the center in about 15 minutes by car at any time. There is a beautiful street 5 minutes away from the house, you can drink coffee in the evenings. It was a quiet, calm and beautiful stay for us. Katerina has lots of cats in a friendly host garden. You open your door to the garden with sea views and cats, it's happy. I will miss the cats in the garden a lot.

The best place to stay for rest and relaxation. Beautiful and quaint. Had all of what we needed. The hosts were very informative and welcoming and helped us find the place. Very, very nice.

We would like to thank Ms. Belgin for providing the opportunity to spend our family holiday in a peaceful and fun way. The condo was exactly the same as the pictures, the interior was clean and the items we might need were available in the condo. It was a wonderful choice to have a barbecue in the garden and have coffee against the view on the balcony and spend time in the fresh air. It was easy to get to other touristic places, if you want to relax in a peaceful area, you can choose Ms. Belgin's house with peace of mind

There were three of us staying with Berna Abla and Süer Abi for a week. Both are very warm and hospitable. We felt very comfortable from the first seconds. The area is a bit quieter and more familiar, which was just right for us. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, the water is very clean and perfect for cooling off. In the immediate vicinity you can find cafes, restaurants, a kiosk and a small supermarket. From the main road, a bus runs every half hour to the center of town. A day trip to the center of Ayvalik, to Sarmisakli on the beach, to Cunda Island or to another of the great adjacent places is easy to reach. After the hustle and bustle of the city, we were always happy to arrive at our quiet accommodation. The weather was very pleasant and there was always a bit of wind, which is why we got along very well without air conditioning. We felt very comfortable and would come back again and again. <3

It was a nice holiday, they only had their pier because we arrived at the end of September, we would have gotten this information from them, but we used the pier in the neighbors next door, the house is a little busy as in the photos, but we were generally satisfied, the sand after the pier at the sea was nice, thank you

The location of the house was very central and beautiful. The house was left very tidy. The air conditioners were working properly. Even though we were in December, we were able to sleep comfortably in the rooms where the air conditioners were working without being affected by the cold. Everything in the house was as described. Ms. Burcin was quick to respond to all our questions. It was a house where you could stay comfortably with large groups of friends.
