Old Stone Greek House for Rent Ayvalık Our house has 3 floors and we rent it out as a whole. There is 1 bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen and hall on the 3rd floor. There is a double bed in the room, a dishwasher, refrigerator and washing machine in the kitchen. There is 1 bedroom and 1 living room and 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor. There is a sofa, armchair and TV in the living room. A total of 5 people can stay. There is a bedroom with a bathroom on the 1st floor. Single bed. You can enjoy peace with the whole family in this wonderful place. It is only a ten minute drive to the island of Cunda and only a hundred meters to the beach. Our villa, which will allow you to have a spacious and comfortable vacation with approximately 150 square meters of balcony and terrace, three kilometers to the center of Ayvalık, no parking problem, suitable for conservative families. There are two double three single beds and a sofa bed that can turn into bed. A crib and high chair are provided if desired. All rooms also have air conditioning.

There is a lemon and olive tree in the garden. Cleaning is very important. You can go with your car in front of the house, but you can park on the upper street.

There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. It takes 10 minutes to get to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Climatized with Qubishi air conditioning. Parking close by car on Thursday is possible in the evening, a market is established.

It takes 10 to 15 minutes to go to Cunda Island or Sarimsakli beach. and there are 4 car parks around us, there are many beaches within 10 minutes by car. Our house has a double bed, 4 single beds.
