We stayed for 90 days. We had a wonderful summer as a family. We felt like our own home and it was peaceful. Being close to the sea is a great advantage. The garden, balcony, terrace were very convenient to spend time. We burned our barbecue and ate and had fun. Our friends came, and even on the days we were crowded, we did not have any problems thanks to the bathroom, room and bed capacity. We would like to thank Mr. Alper and his family for their interest and service. I would recommend it to everyone without a second thought.

This house is a great one! We did not encounter any problems during our stay with our large family. Almost all of the items in the house are antiques and the house itself is an Greek house built in 1865, which was restored in 2015 and is under protection. The rooms are all very convenient and comfortable. The house consists of ground + 2 floors, and there is a seating area and kitchen on the floor. The upper floors include rooms, bathrooms and toilets. If you want to cook at home during your stay, there are all the facilities and kitchen utensils for cooking. (pots, pans, forks, knives, glasses, plates, etc.) From the moment we first checked into the house, our host, Mr. Emre, took great care of us. We really appreciated the information about the history of the house. In addition, he told us about the surrounding flavor stops and touristic areas with their names. She was always in contact with us and responded to our messages quickly. If you are coming to Ayvalik region, you definitely need to experience this place.

Everything was very nice, there were all kinds of facilities in the house. It was like our own home, it was just us, it was very peaceful and calm. The host is very understanding and solution-oriented, there was no trust problem at all, we were very comfortable. The fireplace was incredibly well stocked with wood. It's just a little cool for those who go in the winter, so I say come prepared. The view is great, the pier and the sea were very nice, I would like to come in the summer.

My friend and I were going to be our first Airbnb vacation, so we were excited. In addition to the comments while doing the research, the terrace of this place was the biggest attraction to us. We witnessed much nicer views than the photos. When we went, we were greeted by much nicer people than the beautiful view of the terrace from the cleanliness of the house we stayed in. Their sincerity when we first saw it was invaluable that we were happy to leave. The proximity to many places to visit is ideal as a location, and it was a nice detail for the host to share the place with us before going. We had the opportunity to meet Ms. Aysun on the last days of our vacation. She's a very friendly and hospitable person. The house was absolutely perfect. It was quite clean and big.
