Very nice house in the middle of the turkish culture. We enjoyed our stay. The host is speaking English and was providing all necessary information. There is all necessary for the kitchen, washing and everything! The terrace is amazing. The people around are very friendly and helpful. Our kids was playing with the neighbors kids and it was amazing for all of them. The trucks with fruits and vegetables, corn, some pastries are passing almost every day and you can find all you need in the nearby stores. There are also supermarkets in 5-10 min by car. We enjoyed the sea and the mountains. This was a really emersion in the turkish culture. Thank you a lot for this holidays 🙏

We preferred it to have a holiday in a quiet, quiet place, both working and relaxing. Since the villa was very spacious and comfortable, we were able to work comfortably for four people. Best place to stay in Mürefte

Very centrally located and everything you could need is within walking distance. Markets, museums, the beach, restaurants and cafes, attractions, workshops, everything is right next to you. The house itself is a restored old Greek house, in a history-filled area and has good facilities. Everything is as it appears in the photos. There are plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. The pressure of the shower head may be low for some people, but it wasn't a problem for us. The seats and beds are comfortable, the inside is clean and airy. There's a vacuum you can use as well. The host, Ms. Yeliz, is very hospitable and does her best for your comfort. She was willing and fully helpful with everything we asked and wanted, from finding us a new pot instantly to local business recommendations when we told her that the stalk of the pot in the house had come out. When we got off the dolmus for check-in, he didn't neglect to greet. If we come to Ayvalık again, we will definitely choose this place.

We had a lovely weekend. I felt like I was at home and the garden is really peaceful, full of aesthetic details. We would love to come back🌼🥰

The beach down the house is clean and very pristine business and there are no facilities nearby, there are other bays with businesses nearby.

The location and cleanliness of the house was great . As it appears in the photos. We stayed very comfortably with two families and two children. Mr. Tuncay helped us with all our questions. The artisans are so friendly. In a location where you can have your vacation in peace:)

The house was fully equipped with everything for longer stay. It is in a quiet location, we enjoyed sitting on the veranda in the evenings and eating our meals there. Mrs. Nuray quickly responded to all our questions and needs and provided information on sites to visit, restaurants nearby, the nearest beaches, etc. There were lots of stray dogs, barking during the night, but dogs are everywhere in the country, you can't escape that. Overall it was a great holiday for us, staying in Nuray's house. I recommend it to those coming to the area that do not want to stay in crowded places, but prefer silence and beautiful sea in walking distance.

We 6 people had a great 3 days as a big family. We were able to quickly go to the sea right at the bottom of the house on the beach. There are markets and restaurants within walking distance. You are also in the center. The sea was spotless and warm. It was also very suitable for the kids, my kids had a lot of fun and swimming. You can swim anywhere along the beach and take a walk in the evenings. There are grocery stores nearby, you can get our food and other needs. It will be enough to bring your personal needs and towels with you. The host was very caring and welcomed us with a friendly face (he said goodbye to us when we left). He called and informed us before we arrived. She suggested that we take a taxi so we could arrive at the house comfortably. I also recommend taking a taxi for those with children and a lot of luggage. The house, items and linens were clean and tidy. It was very enjoyable to eat in the kitchen against the sea. Alp's apartment is very comfortable and is well located. The terrace is very nice and you are on the promenade within a few minutes. The apartment has a washing machine and dryer and the kitchen is very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy and Alper always wrote back quickly. We will be happy to come back!
