Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ayvalık

Since it was very close to the main street for transportation, it was easy for us to reach. We went as 2 vehicles, we did not have any problems with parking, just the area where we could park was a little narrow, but it was safe. The house looks wider than it looks in the photos. The bedrooms upstairs are separate and nice but the bedroom downstairs has a little bit of privacy, we had to say that we were coming down the stairs. Having 3 air conditioners in the house is a very nice detail in these hot weather. Since the water in one of the bathrooms was slow, we only used one and the other as a toilet. The large front garden offers seating, conversation, and a good time. Our host and his mother were very caring, we didn't have any questions left, and our questions were usually answered very quickly. We found it quite adequate and beautiful in terms of Price/Performance. We plan to go back next year.

We would like to thank Mr. Ali for his interest. It was a really enjoyable experience and we felt like we were in our own home. Sitting on the terrace was our favorite evening activity. Airbnb was also our first experience and we had the best one can have. The places Mr. Ali recommended were definitely very good, the location of the house was very nice, it was within walking distance of everywhere, we were definitely very satisfied, I hope we will come back to the moon🙏🏻🩷

I really don't know where to start, but I can say that it's clearly and by far my best and most comfortable Airbnb experience ever. In addition to being a good host, Ms. Belgin and Mr. Emin are great and beautiful people with all their sincerity. In fact, I can summarize that we are more glad to have met them than staying in a house like this and having a vacation. Due to another last-minute canceled reservation, we were homeless while we were on our way to Cunda, and even though our arrival time was 02:00 at night, they even met us with a smiling and informative house tour with Mr. Emin at that time. You can really feel at home rather than a normal vacation home or a hotel room. Very clean, spacious, overly peaceful and with everything you need. It's also incredible comfort that it's really 50 meters from the sea. Thank you forever for everything, see you again.

Staying at Zeus Mansion was definitely one of the best decisions we've made. We never wanted to leave when the nature of Yesilyurt Bay was combined with the perfect details of the house. The items in the house were all new and clean. The electrical appliances in the house were also of great quality. Zeynep is very helpful. Least: - Note for those who want to rent in the summer: we only saw air conditioning in the living room on the ground floor, not in the bedrooms. The master bedroom on the second floor under the roofs must be very hot - not a problem in April but perhaps more so in August. - Parking is not private but on the street 50 m away. I had difficulty finding a place one night, so maybe it's more difficult in summer. - The city center of Ayvalik (the port) is a bit far on foot and the path is not very pleasant (big road). 5 min drive. The same applies to beaches that are far from Ayvalik.

Very nice large house with great sea view terrace. Comparatively quiet and nice area - nevertheless right by the sea and within walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants [The beach café/restaurant directly opposite was also open in the low season (April).] Communication with Beril was very professional and friendly.

We found everything we needed in the house. It was pretty clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the house was great! You can walk just a few minutes to reach the grocery store, cafes, restaurants, boutiques and the seaside. Mr. Alper was very helpful, we could easily communicate when we needed it. We would definitely like to stay here again when we come to Ayvalık. Thank you for everything, Mr. Alper!

We were very satisfied with the very caring host and the house immaculately clean and very close to the pier and restaurants. Thank you to the host also.

First of all, I would like to start by thanking Mr. Erdi for his good communication. We easily communicated during both check-in and checkout. The house was spotless and had all the kitchen utensils you could need. The house fully met our need for our family of 5. The only downside is that there is no elevator in the building and the water engine upstairs works very loudly. The terrace was quite pleasant. The house is located on a quiet street, although the building does not have a parking lot, we did not have any problems finding a parking spot. If your expectation is a calm stay, you can choose with peace of mind. Thank you to Mr. Erdi for his hospitality.

First of all, the location of the house was really nice. It was about 250 meters from the sea. The interior of the house and the linens and towels were very clean. We did not encounter anything missing in the house. The garden is very pleasant:) The host had treats from the peppers in the garden:) We did not communicate much because we did not encounter any problems, but we had no problems with the check-in and checkout. Thank you for this pleasant holiday:) If a yellow cat accompanies you in your garden, we called it a coward:)

Isil and his co-host Sakire are very friendly. His English is excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Easy to find and access. Comfortable beds, fully functional kitchen. Also had a laundry machine which was handy as we were travelling for a couple of weeks in need of a wash of clothes. A big bonus!!. Parking was also available as we had a car. We look forward to staying again when we visit the Ayavlik and Cunda area in the future. Thank you for a great stay.
