Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ayvalık

Since it was very close to the main street for transportation, it was easy for us to reach. We went as 2 vehicles, we did not have any problems with parking, just the area where we could park was a little narrow, but it was safe. The house looks wider than it looks in the photos. The bedrooms upstairs are separate and nice but the bedroom downstairs has a little bit of privacy, we had to say that we were coming down the stairs. Having 3 air conditioners in the house is a very nice detail in these hot weather. Since the water in one of the bathrooms was slow, we only used one and the other as a toilet. The large front garden offers seating, conversation, and a good time. Our host and his mother were very caring, we didn't have any questions left, and our questions were usually answered very quickly. We found it quite adequate and beautiful in terms of Price/Performance. We plan to go back next year.

Do not try to enter the front of the house by believing in map applications:) The easiest parking method is migros or miran parking. The house is quite spacious. Both rooms are suitable for couples. We would like to thank Mr. Ali for his interest. It was a really enjoyable experience and we felt like we were in our own home. Sitting on the terrace was our favorite evening activity. Airbnb was also our first experience and we had the best one can have. The places Mr. Ali recommended were definitely very good, the location of the house was very nice, it was within walking distance of everywhere, we were definitely very satisfied, I hope we will come back to the moon🙏🏻🩷

In addition to being a good host, Ms. Belgin and Mr. Emin are great and beautiful people with all their sincerity. Due to another last-minute canceled reservation, we were homeless while we were on our way to Cunda, and even though our arrival time was 02:00 at night, they even met us with a smiling and informative house tour with Mr. Emin at that time. You can really feel at home rather than a normal vacation home or a hotel room. Very clean, spacious, overly peaceful and with everything you need. It's also incredible comfort that it's really 50 meters from the sea. Thank you forever for everything, see you again.

Staying at Zeus Mansion was definitely one of the best decisions we've made. We never wanted to leave when the nature of Yesilyurt Bay was combined with the perfect details of the house. The items in the house were all new and clean. The electrical appliances in the house were also of great quality. Zeynep is very helpful. Least: - Note for those who want to rent in the summer: we only saw air conditioning in the living room on the ground floor, not in the bedrooms. The master bedroom on the second floor under the roofs must be very hot - not a problem in April but perhaps more so in August. - Parking is not private but on the street 50 m away. I had difficulty finding a place one night, so maybe it's more difficult in summer. - The city center of Ayvalik (the port) is a bit far on foot and the path is not very pleasant (big road). 5 min drive. The same applies to beaches that are far from Ayvalik.

Iakovos was an amazing host and the studio is perfect! Iakovos was very responsive and consistently communicated when there were any updates about my stay. The studio is in the most perfect location, close to everything you could need, and it has all of the appliances you need right there in the apartment. They are so nice I can't tell. I have visited a lot of islands, I rented a lot of houses, I have not seen such good friendly, clean and helpful people. My older son got sick and took us to the hospital and came to check 3 times while we were staying in the hospital. Amazing nice people. I will go back soon.

Amazing property. View from the balcony was worth the trip alone. Close to all the restaurants and sites but with the convenience of a free car park next door. Getting a space was never a problem and was empty in the mornings and evenings. Eirini was very helpful in getting us supplies before we arrived. Bed was very comfortable and lots of space to relax. Internet was very fast. Look forward to stopping again

Dear George's house was as pictured and described. We stayed comfortably as a family of four. Additional points for having cleaning supplies. Cleanliness could have been better. But it is ignored in the overall rating. The only thing missing from the house is the dishwasher. In short, it met our expectations and was a comfortable stay. The house is ten minutes from the center and at the top of the city. This has been good for us. It had a more peaceful and cool environment. Unfortunately, the two dogs of the downstairs neighbor didn't shut up at all day and night. Fortunately, we love animals.
