Cristina was by far the friendliest and most hospitable host I have ever met. The place itself is ideal to decompress and relax: gorgeous green hills of olive trees and avocados full of songbirds, lavander bushes buzzing with bees, clean air. Fresh, ripe, buttery avocados every morning. A sense of comfort I had onyl felt at home, thanks to the atmospheric fireplace, fully furnished kitchen, antique wooden doors and windows, and a comfortable bed with an AC overhead. I would highly recommend visiting this place if you're looking for a peaceful retreat that is within half an hour from Malaga's bustling streets.

Very quiet peaceful place to relax. Really rustic apartment within the village and easy access to lots of places within easy driving. lots of nice places around to eat.We had a great time

The house is lost in the hill, it is only discovered at the last moment. As only neighbors, the wind, the clouds, the November sun, and Carlos. A very affable neighbor who comes to check if we are all set. And we are: the house is small, you certainly can't play hide and seek, everything is within sight, even the open toilet where we lost what was left of modesty. But the house is beautiful, in every detail, beautiful at the height of the landscape, the distant hillsides planted with olive and almond trees, the mountains that hang the clouds of autumn . The sun loungers on the deck suggest summer evenings gazing at the stars. But we were there around Toussaint and the warmth of the stove made us forget the November temperatures in the evening, The Carlos cat on our lap was hot. Really, such a host who cares about our comfort is rare. But we had to leave Carlos and the house in the hills. Asi es la vida!

Alan and Beatrice have an incredible home that is well worth a stay if you find yourself in the region - Alorá is a fantastic base to explore Andalucia and the property itself is magnificent. The apartment is separate, feels comfortable and has all amenities required but the highlight is the shared pool - it’s a beautiful space with spectacular views and they do a great job of making it feel private (e.g. the curtains and shutters to the main house were closed) Beatrice was very welcoming and made us feel right at home so thank you for an amazing stay!!

highly recommended! beautiful and mega peaceful surroundings. you can really relax here. the bungalow is nice, but what's best here is the owners that create warm atmospehere and provide cosy common space where you spend your time and can eat good food; also we came for skiing and it’s only 35 mins of driving to the skicenter sierra nevada so it’s a good base for skiers

Beautiful little bungalow. The garden is a perfect hideaway to read and eat in the sun or shade. The walk to the beach is easy and lovely.

A place to stay true to the description. The hosts are very friendly. A beautiful garden (it has a swimming pool, although at the time I went it was still cold and it was not open). Total tranquility, which is just what we were looking for. They accept pets, which we greatly appreciate. As for the studio, it's very functional, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom.

I went to Benalmadena to be Calamorro Skyrace and the location of the place was perfect. There are no restaurants nearby, but for the use I did not need it (with the hot plate I cooked meals in the house). The area is very quiet, not noisy, and the outdoor garden is great for relaxing and sunbathing.

Pepa and Benoit have been very friendly and helpful. It's very nice to meet people who talk smiling. It has been a very positive experience, to contact nature and hear its sounds ...and above all observe that we can live with less, a healthier and less harmful way for our Earth😊

If you like basic but beautiful places with a little adventure this is the place to be! We spent nearly 2 weeks and despite a few rainy days we had a great and recharging time. Angel was always available and super helpful. Must stay for couples 🤍

Lovely, peaceful stay with plenty of space for 6 adults. Really close to the airport, within an easy ride of Malaga historic centre and a 5 minute walk from a very handy mini market. Great spaces to relax - on the main terrace and by the swimming pool - and Belen was great to communicate with too, so all in all a very relaxing stay! Thank you!

We spent a relaxing week at Cortijo Alegría. Sharon as well as all two- and four-legged courtyard residents welcomed us warmly, but also left us considerate space. The room is cozy, although centrally located in the middle of the courtyard, the garden kitchen well equipped and if you like animals, children and yoga, you have a good time here for a break in the Andalusian gem in addition to the wonderful hiking trails through the Cahorros 😊

We are still blessed by your unique personality. We haven't met such a warm, helpful and just lovely person as Airbnb host before. The nature and the energy of this place is definitely unique. The Airbnb is equipped with anything you need and spending time in the hot whirlpool and watching the clear night sky is just outstanding. The house is super cozy, it has everything, even the least thing you can imagine, like a needle and thread (which doesn't hurt). Everything is super clean, and the area is very quiet. From the 1st to the 10th I give you a 15.

What a paradise this cottage on top of the mountain. Breakfast at the point overlooking the mountains and sea. You will relax completely. The cottage and terrace are super photogenic. We (2 friends) both had our own bed. One had one separate bedroom the other bedroom is a kind of between room that could also be closed off with curtains as a bedroom. Everything is present in the cottage, which saves a lot of groceries (kitchen herbs toilet paper, etc.). Everything is super comfortable and Gema and Helga always respond very quickly if you have questions. In short, this place is highly recommended. We hope to come back again❤️. Amazing location for a calm remote stay. The road is a little bumpy so you must drive very slowly - I have a low car so it wasn’t ideal, but in any case once I got used to it - was absolutely fine. The owner came with their digger after a few days and smoothed out the driveway path which made it much better. Great host - super friendly and accommodating and allowed me to take fruits from the trees which was amazing! I didn’t feel the place had been properly cleaned before arrival.. and the pots etc are a little dated. But apart from that, the place was exactly as it seems from pictures and I would definitely re visit and book again! Breath taking views and calm energy!

The cottage is really beautiful, the surrounding landscape is a wonderful place on earth. We immediately felt very comfortable in the cottage, everything was very lovingly decorated and nicely furnished and above all very clean. We found exactly the peace we were looking for there. We highly recommend staying here. We will definitely visit again!

My stay in El Kubo was wonderful! a nice tiny house, with lots of privacy and well enclosed, so that I only felt completely comfortable here! The outdoor space is lovely, especially in this time of year, with plenty of choice for sun and shade! El Kubo is small but nice, everything you need is present. The communication with Nani was easy and cozy, she speaks very good English that makes communicating easy! I'd love to come back! I also found the tips that Nani gave about beaches and restaurants nearby very pleasant, and took me to beautiful places that I would not have otherwise found!
