This luxury renovated villa is something out of the ordinary. Very tasteful with exclusive materials in both the interior-design and furnitures. Here you get Extra Everything for a perfect stay! The residence offers an air-conditioned accommodation, underfloor heating and a private heated pool in the garden. To the town center of Nerja and the "Balcon de Europa" it is 2 km and to the main beach "Playa de Burriana" only 1,2 km. The grocery stores Mercadona and Carrefour are both within easy reach, about 250 meters from the property. The Capistrano area facilities with pool area, bar and restaurant are also just around the corner. Wi-fi is free. Towels and bed linen are included to make your stay more enjoyable. Parking at the house is also free. If you feel like BBQ, there is an outdoor kitchen with fridge for chilled drinks and a gasgrill on the terrace. It invites you to gather. Either at the dining area, the built-in lounge sofa or at the bar. The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds, all of which have "en suite" bathrooms with shower and toilet. They are all located one floor up. On the ground floor there is a hallway with a guest toilet, a well-proportioned living room with a view of the terrace and the sea. As well a very well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. Everything in an open plan. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. In the living room there is a sofa group, TV and a sound-system.

CASUEÑA is a beautiful villa featuring a private pool with salt chlorination that is heated year-round, a wood-fired barbecue, large trees, a six-burner stove, and a 90-cm oven. It has a fantastic 50-m² porch that will be the main activity area of the house; next to it are the barbecue and the heated pool.

Beautiful Andalusian cottage with sea view from the spacious balcony in a scenic setting in Nerja! The sunny private garden with terrace on the ground floor is a lovely outdoor area to enjoy. Only a 6 minute walk to Burriana beach and restaurants. The accommodation is completely renovated in June. Please note that you have to walk stairs to reach the house and that the house has a spiral staircase to acces the downstairs bedroom from the living room. Free parking available on the street.

Through the gate and stairs you enter the terrace from here you have access to the garden with plunge pool and the house. The house has a (cool and quiet) bedroom, a spacious bathroom and kitchen and a cosy living room. But as soon as the sun shines, you'll live in this house completely outside on one of the terraces or by the plunge pool (open from June to September)
