David & Jacqui are incredibly lovely hosts. You can tell at all times that your well-being is very important to them. From your arrival to your departure. Wonderful people who become friends. The accommodation is beautiful. Of course, the view deserves special mention. The sea and the mountains are at your feet. A place where you can completely relax. WiFI is up to date, works perfectly and there are some books and TV. The spa area is very spacious and the pool is beautiful. You can walk to Comares, where there are shops and restaurants. A beautiful place for which holidaymakers come from far and wide. You get to know the world anew while you relax under almond and olive trees. Your dogs are an added bonus to make you feel at home. The open-plan living area is very nice. They pay attention to detail to make you feel at home. The barbecue&wine is ready and there is plenty of space to relax. We loved our two night stay in Susann's apartment and wished we had planned to stay longer. The apartment is super clean, very comfortable and has everything you need. The view over Malaga and of the mountains from the private patio and fantastic hot tub is incredible. It's a peaceful location away from the busy resorts. There are shops , bars and restaurants in the nearby town. We travelled by car to walk the Caminito del rey which was a beautiful hour's drive away and would absolutely recommend doing that. Be sure to book well in advance. Susann is a fabulous host and her husband is lovely too. She is so kind, friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and you really feel that she cares about you having the best time in her apartment. Thank you for everything.

I’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s and this was by far the best. The tranquility I found there is like something I’ve never experienced before. It’s hard to explain but there just seemed to be an air of magic about this place. Nannie was quite literally the perfect host. Warm, friendly, funny, helpful, welcoming without being intrusive. If you’re looking for an Airbnb in this region then I’m almost certain you will not find better value. Thank you for a wonderful stay, I can’t wait to come back :)

Beautiful house with sea view, several terraces, heated pool, heating, but also many stairs. Sylwia reacted very quickly when the water in the showers was a little too cold and had it readjusted. Overall, we had a lovely time at the house. However, you should be aware that at the end of October/beginning of November almost only the garden gets sun (until the early afternoon) and the other terrace areas are rather shady. The warm pool, hot tub and sympathetic landlords definitely make up for it.

Wonderful views and comfortable apartment with large terrace with glass panels you can open up on warmer days and close on windy and cooler days. The level of this apartment is on the same level where you park your car, so easy access. Be aware not all closet spaces in the master suite are available to you nor in the kitchen and living room (locked off by owner). There is a washer and dryer which is great since not all apartments to have dryers. We needed some espresso cup that fitted under the nespresso maker and were delivered in no time. Excellent response from the owner in case of questions. I do recommend this nicely decorated apartment.

We had a lovely stay here in Cala Mijas. The apartment was great with plenty of outside terrace space with the hot tub being a nice extra. Internet was good and the TV had the streamers available. There was some building work going on but nothing started before 8am and not at the weekends. The noise was mainly crane moving alarms. The property is at the top of a hill so may not suit all if you have a car that will negate the issue. Lidl a 10 minute walk and an Aldi / carrefour 20 mins away. Restaurants a plenty in the town, ranging from traditional Spanish to Burger restaurants. Good value too if you look around. Buses to Marbella and fuengirola are available from the town and again very affordable and easy to use. They take cash or some kind of oyster type card. The tourist office in the town were very helpful. 35 minutes from Malaga and uber costing around 40€. All in all a great place for an easy week away. Thanks Teo and Chris

Amazing stay and beautiful hosts! :) The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed for a long stay! We arrived late and were greeted with essentials and good vibes! I can’t put into words how beautiful the compound is! You’ll have to book and see it for ya selves! We will be back :)

It's very nice villa with all the amenities that the family needs. There were even spices and other things left in the kitchen. Very handy. The drive is up the hill and I would not recommend to walk there, especially with children. There is a lot of space in the house and the outdoor area is amazing. The jacuzzi is a plus as the swimming pool was too cold to use in April. Almuñécar is not very busy yet as it's not holiday time in Spain, again it's a plus.I would highly recommend El Caminito del Rey and the cave in Nerja if you like outdoor adventures with your family
