Villa vacation rentals in Avola

We had a great week in early April at Loredana's house. The garden with a pool is really beautiful ! Since it was still the low season, it was nice and lonely and quiet. Just right for us! If you are looking for hustle and bustle around the time, you may want to go somewhere else. A car on site for shopping etc. makes very sense. Then you can discover many great things even with little driving time ( depending on the excursion destination, an insensitive car is recommended, as the roads are partly adventurous.. Fully recommended ) Loredana was available to us at all times and very friendly and helpful. Communication via translator was very straightforward! We fully recommend the property for families with younger children . The beds for the children are rather small and our teenager with 1.80 m we relocated to the sofa. But it did, too. We will be happy to come back!

Our family of 5 adults thoroughly enjoyed Emanuel’s house. Luana met us and helped us house information. The house was spacious and we had plenty of room. The area surrounding the house is amazingly beautiful. We didn’t use the work out room or sauna, but appreciate it being available. The kitchen is well equipped.

We came here for my dads 60th and wow! The view from the villa was breathtaking, the pool was great and the villa was so lovely. There was 9 of us and and we always felt like we had our own space. The closest beach is a 10 minute walk and the town is also a 5 min walk from the villa and you get a very authentic Italian experience as there’s not many tourists at all. Plenty of food nearby with a couple of supermarkets all at walking distance. Salvatore and Isabela were super nice and helpful throughout the whole stay. I will definitely be back!! I had the pleasure of staying a few days in this beautiful location surrounded by greenery but still a few steps from Ragusa. Great and quiet location, Lucio confirmed himself as a very kind, proactive and helpful host. 5 stars deserved!

The house is in the middle of a beautiful orchard. It is quiet, and the terrace is large and comfortable. With an outdoor shower. Within walking distance of the sea, along the boulevard. With more secluded beaches down the coast, so beautiful! Santo gave us tips for nice and good restaurants around. We had a top week!

Beautiful home, very well designed. It really makes a fantastic impression. From the hill where it is located, there is a beautiful view of the immediate area and the sea. Peace and quiet. Every few days a gardener looked at us, weeding a backyard garden, or tending the grass around the property. The interior is very energetic - feel like it's someone's home. The details, the items that were in the house reflected the nature of the owners. The house has a very good energy, we felt great there. A backyard pool, a kitchen where we could bake the fish market. The whole thing really well corresponded to the general idea of the house. Harmony and consequence. There are no things in the case. The only thing I would point out is actually a driveway - it can be problematic for low cars, the additional entrance to the property is very narrow, limited by the bushes that drew the body. Do not rent cars without full insurance. The condition of the fixtures could be better - unfortunately very stoned

Absolutely incredible home - even better than in the pictures. Unforgettable vacation! Great for families. Cannot recommend enough. Hosts and organizers were very kind. Strong aircon and cool pool to shield from Sicilian heat.

We had a really nice week at Sebastiano and Flavia's! Their home, brand new and perfectly equipped, allowed us to enjoy a very comfortable stay. Pool and plancha were an added value that we enjoyed very much. The house is just 3 minutes from a beautiful beach, which made our stay even more perfect. Sebastiano and Flavia were exceptional hosts, very caring and always available for any questions or needs. A big thank you for their hospitality and kindness. I highly recommend it!

Had a lovely stay at Noto Villa. The villa is spacious, with two cosy double bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and a large living room. The pool area is fantastic, with palm trees providing natural shade, but you can still catch plenty of sun if you want. We were warmly welcomed by Livia, who was very kind and even allowed us to check in a bit earlier. There was also some food and champagne waiting for us in the fridge. The owners live above, so while they were respectful of privacy, we did notice a bit of noise here and there. We also had an unannounced visit from the gardener one day. The bathrooms are modern with good water pressure, and there were lots of towels, including for the pool. You’ll need a car (ideally 4x4) as there aren’t any attractions within walking distance from the villa. Noto city centre is about 12 min away by car, and parking is convenient near the city centre. Ragusa is about 1h drive via E45. Overall, a great stay with just a couple of minor things to keep in mind!

We had a family vacation and everything was really nice , the host met us and welcomed us , the house is full of everything you may need and if there is any issue at all Corrado comes within minutes to solve it . It’s a quiet area and the pool is Amazing We spent the most smacking time at a fish restaurant in Avola and took day trips . The people are very nice , if you are looking for a very nice vacation and wonderful host , you’ve arrived !

Fabulous Accommodation. Mario was there to meet us, and provided us with useful advice throughout our stay. The villa was extremely well equipped inside and out, even providing beach loungers and umbrellas. Would definitely recommend it.

What a wonderful property, it was paradise. We loved picking fresh fruit and vegetables from the gardens, we enjoyed the chickens, geese and donkey. The property is set in beautiful gardens, with a sparkling clean swimming pool. The beach is a short walk away, where you will find a variety of places to eat and drink. Five minutes away is a well stocked shop. Gio was a fantastic host, who was available 24/7 for any problems, his local knowledge was very useful and he proudly showed us around his wonderfully kept gardens. We particularly enjoyed picking bananas every morning. Thank you so much Gio, we hope to return to paradise near the sea.

Our stay at Katia's home was one of the most beautiful and memorable experiences for our family. Katia was extremely helpful and provided us with recommendations for everything you can think of. The local team were so kind and helpful - their welcome was warm and inviting and they were quick to respond to us, making our stay easy and relaxing. The house is so thoughtfully decorated and appointed with every amenity one could need. The close proximity to Noto and nearby beaches was excellent. We thank Katia and everyone for a wonderful stay in Sicily! It was a magical stay for our family and one which will definitely bring us back.

Very nice, calm place. Noto is near (by car) with great restaurants. Communication with Simone and the team on-site (thank you, Corrado) was top.

House was amazing. Andrea is a super host. Our kids mostly have loved the pool. The only drawback was the loud ambient noise that the host couldn't do anything for. In the neighborhood there was a construction site that unfortunately also caused hours of engine noise to us on Saturdays. And unfortunately, the chainsaw was also a daily companion. But we still had a fantastic, relaxing week here and took many great excursions.

Beautiful property located just 100m from the beach and around a 30min walk into Marzamemi (which is STUNNING). Quiet residential area, clean and spacious villa with a lovely pool to cool off in! Oriana was a wonderful host, very communicative and happy to make recommendations about places to visit and eat.

We had a really nice time in Pozzallo. The Airbnb was nice and clean, and the host was very friendly. The host was very friendly and always responsive and had some nice suggestions for restaurants and activities. Overall a really nice experience!!

the villa is magnificent, well cared for and equipped with all the comforts. The kitchen is super equipped, with numerous welcome gifts from the owners. Everything is really perfect and even better than described. Marco and his brother are very kind people, in a way and above all available to them . An experience I recommend to everyone!

Place is a bit difficult to find as the airbnb app sends you to a different location than where it actually is. Double confirm with the host to get the right location. Lots of space. Rooms were kept well. The on site person was fun and helpful. Some of the outside furniture and umbrellas etc need replacing as there are falling apart, This is the only real criticism I have. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking for a large group like us! Plenty of communal places to sit inside and outside to eat and talk. Thanks Martina for the flexible check in and check out times! You made our weekend extra special!

What a great location to stay! Beautiful location with mountain and sea views. Very beautiful large garden, beautifully maintained. Lovely terrace by the house or by the pool, complete privacy. The house was very clean and equipped with all the comforts. Communication with Lorenzo went very smoothly, he responded quickly and gave nice tips for the area. This location is absolutely recommended if you like peace in the middle of nature.
