Villa vacation rentals in Avola

Wir haben eine tolle Woche Anfang April im Haus von Loredana verbracht. Der Garten mit Pool ist wirklich wunderschön ! Da es sich noch um die Nebensaison handelte , war es schön einsam und ruhig. Für uns genau richtig ! Wer um die Zeit Trubel sucht sollte vielleicht woanders hinfahren. Ein Auto vor Ort zum Einkaufen etc. ist sehr sinnvoll. Dann kann man auch mit wenig Fahrzeit viele tolle Dinge entdecken ( je nach Ausflugsziel empfiehlt sich ein unempfindliches Auto, da die Straßen teilweise abenteuerlich sind .. Vollkasko zu empfehlen ) Loredana war zu jeder Zeit für uns erreichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war per Translator sehr unkompliziert! Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt für Familien mit jüngeren Kindern . Die Betten für die Kinder sind eher klein und unser Teenager mit 1,80 m haben wir aufs Sofa umquartiert. Ging aber auch. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Our family of 5 adults thoroughly enjoyed Emanuel’s house. Luana met us and helped us house information. The house was spacious and we had plenty of room. The area surrounding the house is amazingly beautiful. We didn’t use the work out room or sauna, but appreciate it being available. The kitchen is well equipped.

We came here for my dads 60th and wow! The view from the villa was breathtaking, the pool was great and the villa was so lovely. There was 9 of us and and we always felt like we had our own space. The closest beach is a 10 minute walk and the town is also a 5 min walk from the villa and you get a very authentic Italian experience as there’s not many tourists at all. Plenty of food nearby with a couple of supermarkets all at walking distance. Salvatore and Isabela were super nice and helpful throughout the whole stay. I will definitely be back!! Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a very peaceful week in the hills, with an amazing view of the sea, the countryside and Etna. Grazia gave us lots of good recommendations of places to explore. Great place if you want to get away from the city.

Het huis staat middenin een prachtige boomgaard. Het is er stil, en het terras is groot en comfortabel. Met een buitendouche. Op loopafstand van de zee, langs de boulevard. Met verderop langs de kust ook meer afgelegen strandjes, zo mooi! Santo gaf ons tips voor leuke en goede restaurants in de buurt. We hadden een top-week!

Dom przepiękny, bardzo dobrze zaprojektowany. Robi naprawdę fantastyczne wrażenie. Ze wzgórza,na którym jest zlokalizowany, roztacza się przepiękny widok na najbliższą okolicę i morze. Cisza i spokój. Co kilka dni zaglądał do nas ogrodnik, plewiąc przydomowy ogródek, czy pielęgnując trawę wokół posesji. Wnętrze jest bardzo energetyczne- czuć, że to jest dom kogoś. Detale, przedmioty, które były w domu oddawały charakter właścicieli. Dom ma bardzo dobrą energię, czuliśmy się tam świetnie. Przydomowy basen, kuchnia w której mogliśmy upiec zakupione na targu ryby. Całość naprawdę dobrze korespondująca z ogólnym zamysłem domu. Harmonia i konsekwencja. Nie ma tam rzeczy z przypadku. Jedyne na co zwróciłabym uwagę to faktycznie podjazd- dla niskich aut może być problematyczny, dodatkowo- wjazd na posesję jest bardzo wąski, ograniczony przez krzaki, które rysowały karoserię. Nie wypożyczajcie aut bez pełnego ubezpieczenia. Stan armatury mógłby być lepszy- niestety mocno zakamienione

Absolutely incredible home - even better than in the pictures. Unforgettable vacation! Great for families. Cannot recommend enough. Hosts and organizers were very kind. Strong aircon and cool pool to shield from Sicilian heat.

Merci beaucoup salvatore pour l’accueil et la villa. La maison était très agréable et a beaucoup contribué au très beau week end que nous avons passé. Salvator est un super hôte, très facilitant. Merci pour la patience et l’indulgence à notre arrivé et notre départ sur l’horaire. Nous aurons plaisir à revenir au cours de notre prochain séjour en Sicile à la villa. À bientôt!

Had a lovely stay at Noto Villa. The villa is spacious, with two cosy double bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and a large living room. The pool area is fantastic, with palm trees providing natural shade, but you can still catch plenty of sun if you want. We were warmly welcomed by Livia, who was very kind and even allowed us to check in a bit earlier. There was also some food and champagne waiting for us in the fridge. The owners live above, so while they were respectful of privacy, we did notice a bit of noise here and there. We also had an unannounced visit from the gardener one day. The bathrooms are modern with good water pressure, and there were lots of towels, including for the pool. You’ll need a car (ideally 4x4) as there aren’t any attractions within walking distance from the villa. Noto city centre is about 12 min away by car, and parking is convenient near the city centre. Ragusa is about 1h drive via E45. Overall, a great stay with just a couple of minor things to keep in mind!

We had a family vacation and everything was really nice , the host met us and welcomed us , the house is full of everything you may need and if there is any issue at all Corrado comes within minutes to solve it . It’s a quiet area and the pool is Amazing We spent the most smacking time at a fish restaurant in Avola and took day trips . The people are very nice , if you are looking for a very nice vacation and wonderful host , you’ve arrived !

Noto to be missed. The house was recently built & has been constructed & furnished to a 5 star hotel standard. The setting is also perfect, very peaceful with a beautiful view over olive groves & out to the ocean yet only 10mins drive to Noto As you might expect with a brand new property there were some teething problems but these were quickly rectified by the team. Roberto the owner was a pleasure to deal with and owning several properties in the area has assembled a great team to look after them. Lucky the property manager and Sonia who both cleaned and did some cooking for us were both lovely and very helpful as was Daniel who drove us out to restaurants. Highly recommend having Sonia cook for you. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here but would note if planning to work from here the WiFi is through a wireless router and as such speeds vary significantly during the day. Also the pool is unheated so by mid-Sept was too cold for our baby but refreshing for the grown ups.

We loved our stay at Casa Carrubo, it was perfect for us and our baby. The apartment is very spacious, stylish, clean and comfortable. The pool and gardens are beautiful too. Alberto was very helpful in providing excellent recommendations for the local area. It's a great place to stay to visit Ortigia. The beach, a short walk from the villa, is incredible too. We would love to come back!

What a wonderful property, it was paradise. We loved picking fresh fruit and vegetables from the gardens, we enjoyed the chickens, geese and donkey. The property is set in beautiful gardens, with a sparkling clean swimming pool. The beach is a short walk away, where you will find a variety of places to eat and drink. Five minutes away is a well stocked shop. Gio was a fantastic host, who was available 24/7 for any problems, his local knowledge was very useful and he proudly showed us around his wonderfully kept gardens. We particularly enjoyed picking bananas every morning. Thank you so much Gio, we hope to return to paradise near the sea.

From the moment we booked we felt at home. Luca’s communication was excellent, clear, prompt and warm and friendly. I loved the personal welcome call, it was a wonderful touch. The house is so beautiful. Clean, elegant, yet homely. We could have stayed so much longer. Grazie Luca and Casa Balat Team!

Our stay at Katia's home was one of the most beautiful and memorable experiences for our family. Katia was extremely helpful and provided us with recommendations for everything you can think of. The local team were so kind and helpful - their welcome was warm and inviting and they were quick to respond to us, making our stay easy and relaxing. The house is so thoughtfully decorated and appointed with every amenity one could need. The close proximity to Noto and nearby beaches was excellent. We thank Katia and everyone for a wonderful stay in Sicily! It was a magical stay for our family and one which will definitely bring us back.

Very nice, calm place. Noto is near (by car) with great restaurants. Communication with Simone and the team on-site (thank you, Corrado) was top.

Wir waren für eine Woche als Familie hier. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Insbesondere der große Garten in dem man immer die Wahl zwischen Sonne und Schatten hat ist toll. In der Unterkunft selber ist alles vorhanden was man braucht inklusive Kaffee und Frühstück Snacks. Mit dem Auto sind Supermärkte und Restaurants schnell erreichbar und die Altstadt von Syrakus nur 15 min entfernt. Silvia ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe genossen.

Beautiful property located just 100m from the beach and around a 30min walk into Marzamemi (which is STUNNING). Quiet residential area, clean and spacious villa with a lovely pool to cool off in! Oriana was a wonderful host, very communicative and happy to make recommendations about places to visit and eat.

villa splendida e curata nei dettagli. se cercate un posto tranquillo ed isolato, la villa risulterà perfetta. Risultano scomodi tutti i tornanti da fare prima di arrivare alla strada principale. Per il resto un'esperienza molto positiva

Wir (Freundesgruppe) waren sehr zufrieden und begeistert vom schönen Ambiente. der Empfang war super freundlich und wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt. Auch die Haustiere (Hund und 2 Katzen) waren super erzogen und eine Bereicherung. Sie waren eher zurückhaltend. Corrado ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Die Woche in dem schönen alten Haus inmitten von Zitronenplantagen verging viel zu schnell. Auch der Ausblick über die Zitronenbäume und den wunderschönen Pool auf das Meer haben uns täglich begeistert. Liebe Grüße von uns alleb und bis bald mal wieder!

Wir waren 10 Tage dort und haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Unsere Kids, 4 Jahre und 3 Jahre, haben den Pool geliebt. Der Pool und die Anlage drumherum wird übrigens täglich gereinigt. Morgens aufstehen, Badehose anziehen und sofort in den Pool springen: das nenne ich Urlaub. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, gross und vor allem sauber. Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Häuschen. Da der Ort etwas abgelegener ist, ist es abends dementsprechend auch sehr ruhig, was ich persönlich sehr gut finde um zu entspannen. Die Frau Gislene, der Herr Giuseppe und ihre Kinder sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wurde an alles gedacht in der Einrichtung etc. Wir kommen zu 100% sehr gerne wieder. Danke!!!

We can’t wait to come back! We’re a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children visiting Sicily for the first time. At the end of the season (Oct) Due Palme is A stunning property, with spacious accommodation, gardens and the best pool ever! We almost don’t want to tell anyone how great it is so it doesn’t get booked up! Walk to a beautiful beach, with beach bars, a gelato place, a bakery, a cafe and THE best pizza place for an evening meal! A perfect set up for a very relaxing holiday. We hired a car and went to nearby Lidl to shop. Drove to Noto and Syracuse so a perfectly positioned location too. We cooked at home too and made use of the private pool and veranda. The Villa is positioned in a very peaceful area with everything a short stroll away. We feel lucky to of discovered this place…..a magical holiday made really special by Due Palme, Fontane Bianche and Alessandro who greeted us on arrival, quickly answered our questions and was always at the end the phone! Grazie, Grazie, Grazie 🙏🏻

la villa è magnifica, ben curata e dotata di tutti i confort. la cucina super accessoriata, con numerosi omaggi di benvenuto da parte dei proprietari. tutto davvero perfetto e addirittura meglio di quanto descritto. Marco e suo fratello persone molto gentili, a modo e soprattutto disponili . Una esperienza che consiglio a tutti!

Place is a bit difficult to find as the airbnb app sends you to a different location than where it actually is. Double confirm with the host to get the right location. Lots of space. Rooms were kept well. The on site person was fun and helpful. Some of the outside furniture and umbrellas etc need replacing as there are falling apart, This is the only real criticism I have. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking for a large group like us! Plenty of communal places to sit inside and outside to eat and talk. Thanks Martina for the flexible check in and check out times! You made our weekend extra special!
