Irene's accommodation (Hybla Suite) is an insider tip for the perfect stay in Ragusa. The room is on the 3rd floor of the house and offers a unique view of the old town of Ragusa. The accommodation is top modern and allows easy check-in thanks to door codes. A parking space can be easily found on the street before or after the accommodation. Irene is always there to help me with any questions or assistance (organizing a bouquet of flowers)! The highlight is definitely the large balcony which offers an excellent and undisturbed view of the city. This romantic atmosphere is also ideal for the most private moments - at least it worked for us:)

The apartment is huge and in a great central location. We walked everywhere. It's surrounded by fab bars and restaurants. The view from the small balconies is beautiful and we loved seeing the sea through the sitting room windows when we came in the front door. As someone else mentioned, there has obviously been a water leak at some point which could do with sorting and a couple of other areas could do with some tlc. Overall, we loved the apartment and would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I traveled to Ortigia with our daughter for her 25th birthday. This home checked all the boxes when we booked it. Location on the water, nice modern home, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. But, when we got there, it was so much more amazing than we could have imagined. The home is beautiful - on the water with a stunning rooftop deck and amazing sunsets. Its situated right in the heart of Ortigia next to Fountain Arethusa. Walk out the front door onto the cobble streets to restaurants, coffee bars, shops. Turn right and walk a few minutes to Castello Maniace. Turn left and walk a few minutes to the Piazza Duomo. Yolande was an amazing host. Communication was great. Answered all my questions and helped find us a driver for the week which turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Our driver, Beppe, was born in Ortigia and taught us more about Sicily during our car rides than any guide we could have round. Grazie Yolande!

Upon our arrival we found the house very clean both inside and outside and the owners, Antonella and Sergio, left us some very welcome drinks in the fridge (it never happens!) The house is stocked with everything you need in both the bathrooms and the kitchen (even coffee pods!) and the spaces are very comfortable. The garden has a shower that allows you to wash in total privacy and we really appreciated it, as well as the water purifier that avoids heavy purchases at the supermarket. In addition, the location of the house is strategic for visiting the most beautiful places in this part of eastern Sicily. Antonella and Sergio are extraordinary people: scrupulous, always available and generous. We'll be back to see you… both the apartment and the hosts deserve 5 stars!

The place was wonderful. You come into the apartment and immediately feel comfortable. Above all, the view is an absolute hit and you can spend a romantic evening here with wine and cheese. Even if the streets are a bit narrow for a car and you usually have to look for a parking space, it is very helpful, as the accommodation is located very high up. In the evening, you can enjoy a short hike, but especially with suitcases, a car is worthwhile here. I highly recommend the RAPPA wine bar nearby. We will be back

Everything as per the description but one point worth noting. The internet access was outstanding. Basically 800 mb down and 300 mb down. Absolutely fantastic connection is you're having a working vacation and need access to video meetings and large files.

This place is lovely! Extremely well designed and very cozy. Super responsive and flexible host. Amazing location. Extra comfortable beds with dreamy pillows. You may hear a bit of noise if you are sleeping in the front bedroom, but it didn’t bother me, it’s part of the charm of Ortigia. 10 out of 10 would stay here again!

We had a pleasant stay in Gallina. Flaviana was extremely kind and always very accommodating compared to our arrival. Apartment 200m from the beach (just 3 minutes walk), nearby shop about ten minutes by car and 25 minutes by car from Siracusa and Ortigia. Apartment faithful to the description, very pleasant terrace with a bonus visit of 4 very cute but a little fearful little cats. Lots of flyers were available for outings/activities or restaurants as well as city maps. A laundry room is also available at the bottom of the apartment as well as a very nice outdoor shower when returning from the beach. We recommend ++ Flaviana's airbnb and will be sure to book again! Thanks again to Flaviana and her husband Roberto for making us feel at home.

We felt right at home, got great tips for restaurants and excursions and enjoyed the tranquility and the wonderful sea in front of the door. We recovered very well without getting bored, you can relax very well here, Robin was an attentive and relaxed host, thank you for everything and greetings to the dogs, we will definitely be back.

Great location to explore Ortigia. Highly recommend to stay on the island. Very comfortable well-equiped apartment. Daily street market just outside was fun and very convenient. Stayed 3 nights and Aurore's recommendations and information were really helpful. Aurore is very responsive if needed. "Waterfront" is not wrong, but not quite as suggested. Good photo marketing is balanced out by the excellent location. Advice - if arriving by car in the evening, be clear on instructions provided for parking. Google was inaccurate suggesting access to the nearest car park was not possible. Be prepared with check-in instructions and torch if arriving at night. The instructions are accurate and clear, and in daylight it is easy.

Simonetta’s place was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. She even left us fresh fruit and local treats. Thoughtful extras like bathrobes, slippers, and beach towels made our stay even more comfortable. The apartment is conveniently located right next to the Ortigia market.

Sara's apartment is in a central location on the island of Otigaia in Siracusa, ideal for exploring this old and beautiful seaside city on foot, and we loved the simplicity and tasteful design of the apartment. Since the apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator, it is best to avoid going with bulky luggage, and there are narrow and steep stairs with loft structure that may not be suitable for elderly people or children with mobility issues

A lovely apartment with good facilities and furnishings, wonderfully easy use of a private beach and not too far away to drive to the restaurants and sights of Syracuse.

We had an outstanding experience here. Was excellent. Giuseppe was so welcoming and oriented us to the area and gave us recommendations. He really took pride in his and had a great personal touch. The space is very large and airy, I would say here without hesitation in the future.

It was situated right next to the lively and fun market with lots of good restaurant choices. Everything was walkable on this gorgeous island of Ortygia. We would stay here again!

Great location Comfortable space

chiara was very proactive with her communication, flexible with arrival and departure times, extremely responsive when we had questions, and went above and beyond with some minor problem-solving. the kitchen is very well-appointed with tons of snacks (including homemade tiramisu!) and cooking essentials, and the balcony has a breathtaking view of pantalica. note that you may have to share common areas with other guests if they book the other bedrooms in the unit. i would definitely recommend staying here when visiting sortino!
