Subsequently renovated, the villa was divided into two houses of 110 square meters each. It is in fact possible to book both houses that can accommodate up to 8/9 people. There is an intimate internal courtyard and a large outdoor garden all available for guests. The two villas have a different style, one is modern and the other is classic. The first, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is characterized by a modern style, with exposed stone walls and wooden trusses, and a beautiful and warm living area, which includes a modern kitchen, with a peninsula for breakfasts, 55-inch TV, large relaxing sofa with peninsula, a large table for lunches and dinners and small design details. The other villa, more classic and intimate, is characterized by an antique style, also with stone walls and wooden trusses. There is an impressive fireplace, which is the heart of the living area.
