Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Avola

Giovanni and his father were friendly and helpful. The house, apart from a few small touches, is perfect for a vacation, with all the comforts of a city house. The sea is 5 minutes away on foot

The area of the room is very quiet, the room is as described by the owner, clean and very cozy rooms with some complimentary snacks and drinks. We had a great time

We were four families with 6 children and had a very good time in the accommodation! The grounds are very nice, the pool is a dream and the accommodation with the different cottages perfect for large groups! there is a large kitchen with a nice lounge. We could sit at a table and eat and play board games. In the evening we turned on the fireplace! It couldn't get better:) the hosts Mirco and Laura were on site, super friendly and always approachable! They also include a very relaxed and beautiful dog, as well as two very trustworthy cats, very nice for the children! we would definitely come back!!

We stayed in place with pregnant wife and 2 young children. Host was very responsive and friendly. Location is also perfect. Beautiful place to stay.

The apartment was really nice and clean. The spa is gorgeous and stocked. Marco is also very kind and helpful. The only downside is the bathroom sink, which is the most uncomfortable I've ever seen.

Our holiday with three families was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space of villa Sofia: beautiful swimmingpool (though cold water end of October), a huge outdoor kitchen with possibility to cook on a gas stove or a lava stone, romantic setting of the outdoor table around the old olive tree. The extra entertainment tent is great for spending evenings together, having table tennis contests, as wel as playing pool or darts or table football. We also used the karaoke, it was a lot of fun. The (teenage) children could stay in the chalets with basic furnishings and the adults had three bedrooms in the ground floor apartment (sharing one bathroom). The parents of Benedetta stay on the property, but are very discrete. There are 2 small friendly dogs and some cats on the property. Benedetta received us on arrival and was extremely friendly. This is agriturismo at its best!

Loved everything about this place - the villa, the facilities, and especially Tiziana our host. She always communicated promptly and was there to meet us as we'd arrnged for check-in. She was so helpful and kind, and gave us many tips so we cold make the most of our stay. Hopefully we'll return one day and enjoy it all over again.

Concetta’s house is a brilliant holiday home. You can walk to the beach in one minute and there are 3 restaurants/ bars within walking distance as well. The local seafood was amazing, especially at Cianciuolo. The heated pool was great to come back to after a day out. Pozzallo is a friendly town with great cafes and bakeries. We loved our stay and would not hesitate to return.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Sebastiano’s place ! It is easily one of the best air b n bs I have stayed in and is even more stunning than the photos. It is located a short walk away from noto town so it is easy to get there on foot but at the same time is peaceful and spacious with the most amazing view of the city ! The house is very spacious , very clean , stylish and comfortable with everything you need, including very comfy beds. The kitchen also has everything you need. The garden and the pool are a delight - you are truly surrounded by nature with beautiful birds, flowers and plants all around, including the abundant lemon trees. There is also a lovely outside terrace for eating al fresco ! The pool is also ideal for both adults and children as it has shallow parts around the edge. I can highly recommend this place , and the hosts - Sebastiano and Emanuel - were extremely responsive and helpful at all times! Thank you so much!

What a lovely house this is! With a beautiful garden all around and seating areas everywhere for sun or shade. The swimming pool and jacucci are perfect for cooling off or enjoying the evening. And you can walk straight to the beach or to the nearby pleasant town of Marzamemi. We immediately felt at home after we were welcomed by Rosanna. Fortunately, it was not a problem that we arrived very late. We had contact a few times during the week and minor problems were resolved immediately. All this ensured that we had a fantastic week in Sicily! ps : because we visited some nearby towns by car ( e.g. Noto, Syracusa, Modica, Marina Di Ragusa, Brucoli, Pozzallo) I had the opportunity to see a few other vacation rentals I found on Airbnb in advance. So happy I chose the perfect place!

We had such a lovely family holiday! Visit was perfect in size/location and amenities! We visited the beach at Sampieri most days for a coffee and Modica Marina was lovely. The town of Scicli is beautiful with many restaurants to try local cuisine. We had a chef come to the villa one evening which was AMAZING all organised by Oriana! We visited Noto and Modica! Both worth a visit! Kids loved the hot tub and even though we went in April we had a few days where we swam in the pool too. Villa was great for the kids as garden all flat and easy to navigate with little legs. All the bedrooms has en suites too which is ideal for groups. We used the bbq most evenings and even had an extra wood delivery which came straight away. Communication was great and always very helpful! Highly recommend this villa and the area!

We had a great week in the villa. We used 1 room for four (bed and open bathroom upstairs and downstairs the sofa bed plus crib), the other two bedrooms each had a double bed. The house can therefore be used by 2-3 families. In general, we had plenty of space and everyone had enough space for themselves. Since we were able to use the washing machine, we didn't have to pack as many clothes. We often cooked and used the grill once. We were able to sit and eat outside in the evening (don't forget mosquito spray ;-) The pool was of course the highlight for our children as well. You have to keep in mind that at olive harvest time, branches were banished almost daily and depending on how the wind is, you can't use the pool or the garden. In Marzamemi, we went out to dinner in the evening and you should definitely have a car available to explore the surrounding area or drive to the beach.

Wow! We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Carlotta. We came to Sicily as a three generational family and needed a space for all us - we hit the jackpot! It was open, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It is in a beautiful, peaceful spot but walking distance to the beachfront. We lived walking down to the market every morning to get our fresh bread! Alessio was an absolutely wonderful host. He messaged the day before to check our arrival time and we were met at the end of the road. He gave us plenty of recommendations ( we did them all!) and was available by phone whenever we needed him. The house is simply gorgeous. Modern and clean and the beds are super comfortable. The pool was a highlight! Our children (aged 2 and 4) loved it and used it every day, even in April! Alessio, we cannot thank you enough for the most incredible stay. We would recommend it to every one. The only negative was that we had to leave, we would have stayed longer if we could! Thank you 💜
