Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Free municipal consortium of Syracuse

Simona’s place was like a paradise! The garden was beautiful and the pool amazingly large. The apartment was cozy, the kitchen well enough equipped for making meals to our family. Simona was friendly and helpful and quick to answer all our questions. Altogether a perfect place for a holiday!

We had a nice few days enjoying the quiet beach and the sunsets.

There aren't many Airbnb homes that stand out with a certain uniqueness. Tonino's property is undoubtedly one of them. Very friendly hosts paired with a flawless apartment and a spa area that you would like to have yourself. All technical equipment works, beds, furniture and kitchen very well maintained. The icing on the cake is the large outdoor Jacuzzi. Clean water and working technology. Optionally open air or fully automatically covered. Privacy is a matter of course. Tonino is always responsive and responds within a minute. The residential area is quiet and on the outskirts of town. Restaurants are within walking distance. A car should still be available. During our short stay, we were still able to make very nice excursions to Catania, Mount Etna and the picturesque bays. We recommend this place without reservation and appreciate the warmth that would be extended to us.

A beautiful villa in a great location and Francesco was really helpful and accommodating. Just be wary of the stairs if you have young children!

We wish we had been so briefly due to the lack of dates. A home with a soul, a pool, and a beautiful garden. Very kind owners. Highly recommended

A charming house in a peaceful environment, a little isolated, and a magnificent view! We would have liked to have stayed longer. Daniele and Tina were responsive and helpful, before our arrival and during our stay. A great place!

Ivan was a wonderful host. The setting of the villa is idyllic and peaceful. The hot tub is a lovely addition! Dino greeted us and was wonderful during our stay, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend a stay here if you’re looking for a beautiful setting not too far from many of Sicily’s beautiful places to visit. Thank you Ivan and Dino!

The location is fantastic. The cleanliness of the place is spotless. All kitchen utensils and appliances are in perfect condition. There were very nice dishes and wine glasses, no mixer. Although the hosts live in the same house on the upper floor, we had full privacy on the terrace and direct sea access. The beautiful pots with well-kept plants gave me pleasure, as it is often not the case even in good hotels. For sports enthusiasts: There is a several-kilometer-long bike/hiking trail along the coast, with spectacular views from the rocks, about 500 meters from the property. It starts at Monumento ai caduti d'Africa. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the restaurant Meditè proposed by the accommodation, the food was the worst of our trip to Sicily. I would highly recommend “a Levante,” where we had lunch twice on the terrace.

the villa is magnificent, well cared for and equipped with all the comforts. The kitchen is super equipped, with numerous welcome gifts from the owners. Everything is really perfect and even better than described. Marco and his brother are very kind people, in a way and above all available to them . An experience I recommend to everyone!

beautiful villa. There is a piece attached which is not yet in the pictures so you have a second large sitting area with extra dining table. upon arrival, everything was explained very clearly. Even though it was April, we already had a lovely swim in the pool. good beds and free cots. very nice kitchen. communication goes very smoothly. We had a top vacation!

We were three families: 6 adults and eight children. The house was perfect for us. We spent quality time at the pool, beach, kitchen, and backyard. Great Sicilian family retreat :-)

We stayed at Alice and Giorgio's house in Arenella in early April 2025 as a family with two children. The house and garden are beautiful, we immediately felt comfortable, which was also due to the very warm welcome of the two. They briefly explained everything to us and were always available to us afterwards if we had a question. We particularly liked that and small details such as the fresh flowers, the sweets in the kitchen or the fresh oranges and lemons from our own garden. We had a great time and enjoyed the holiday in Arenella very much. What you should know is that the electricity in the house can crash when using many appliances (air conditioners, light, oven, etc.) and you have to go to the main fuse to turn it back on. We wish Alice and Giorgio all the best and say "Thank you" for your great hospitality. P.S. As a suggestion for improvement, we would only have to note the improvement of the kitchen.
