Beautiful and really special place in a beautiful part of town. Thank you for a magical stay, we loved it!

The flat is connected to main house but it has its own entry. We spent there only one night, but flat was comfy and clean. It has an interesting design but in good way. We had inside parking. The owners are very kind.

The most perfect stay in Modica. We used the car park recommended which was free and easy to find with the instructions shared. Just beware of the steep walk with luggage (approx. 7 mins). Peppe greeted us at the car which was brilliant. He was super welcoming even offering some food reccos. The home is stunning with the best view of Modica! Giuliana was a wonderful host – warm, welcoming, and always discreet. Her beautiful Shanti is a truly special place: the house is stunning, peaceful, and the pool adds a magical touch. We felt at home from the very first moment. Giuliana was always available with helpful suggestions and made our stay in Sicily even more enjoyable. Her kindness and care made a real difference. One of the nicest places I've ever stayed! Stylish, modern, imaginatively furnished... simply fantastic! Above all, the view from the balcony of the old town of Modica is so great!!! Will definitely visit again. Marcello gives the best tips and is super nice and friendly. :)

A beautiful spacious property, well equipped and with a marvellous swimming pool in which we swam every day. Alberto and also Nisha were very responsive and helpful. The villa is an easy 15 -20 minute drive to Siracusa.

We had a pleasant stay in Gallina. Flaviana was extremely kind and always very accommodating compared to our arrival. Apartment 200m from the beach (just 3 minutes walk), nearby shop about ten minutes by car and 25 minutes by car from Siracusa and Ortigia. Apartment faithful to the description, very pleasant terrace with a bonus visit of 4 very cute but a little fearful little cats. Lots of flyers were available for outings/activities or restaurants as well as city maps. A laundry room is also available at the bottom of the apartment as well as a very nice outdoor shower when returning from the beach. We recommend ++ Flaviana's airbnb and will be sure to book again! Thanks again to Flaviana and her husband Roberto for making us feel at home.

Rudia's place is a little treasure. We felt very comfortable here and would be happy to come back. Rudia is a great communicator: she was always quick to reach, had valuable tips for restaurants at hand and was always available for questions. Modica is worth a trip, also to explore Ragusa, Noto and other places of interest in the region. The apartment is very well equipped, quiet, air-conditioned and dark if you like and has a beautiful balcony for mild evenings. In short: Here you can have a very good vacation.

My wife and I traveled to Ortigia with our daughter for her 25th birthday. This home checked all the boxes when we booked it. Location on the water, nice modern home, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. But, when we got there, it was so much more amazing than we could have imagined. The home is beautiful - on the water with a stunning rooftop deck and amazing sunsets. Its situated right in the heart of Ortigia next to Fountain Arethusa. Walk out the front door onto the cobble streets to restaurants, coffee bars, shops. Turn right and walk a few minutes to Castello Maniace. Turn left and walk a few minutes to the Piazza Duomo. Yolande was an amazing host. Communication was great. Answered all my questions and helped find us a driver for the week which turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Our driver, Beppe, was born in Ortigia and taught us more about Sicily during our car rides than any guide we could have round. Grazie Yolande!

We had the most beautiful time at this beach house and hope to come again one day! You can hear the sound of the ocean all the time, the interior is cosy and everything you need in the kitchen is there. The communication with Francesco was perfect. It‘s a gem.

Such a beautiful gem of an apartment! I would fully recommend staying here! We stayed for three nights after we’d just got married in Sicily. The apartment is beautiful and just as it looks in the pictures - the roof terrace is a real bonus! It’s absolutely stunning & a great place to laze under the sun, relaxing in the day or to have an alfresco dinner in the evening. It also overlooks ruins which is super interesting. The location of the apartment is also great - a 2-3 minute walk from the lively fish market & a variety of great restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is an amazing property which looks even better than the photos . The quality of all the items from the bed linen to the kitchenware are all top quality not what you would expect from a rental. The property was spotlessy clean throughout and the two terraces were fabulous. On saying all this the star is the host Francesco who collected us in his car from the bus terminal and on arrival at the property had lunch of delicious Sicilian food waiting for us and also a very thoughtful gift . He was also super quick in responding to any questions we had and his local recommendations for food were spot on. Five star +++ all round

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

Great place, was very cozy and just the trick for a short trip where you can take a 20 minute walk to the city center. The outdoor patio was also great.

Marco was friendly and an excellent host and very fast in responding for our questions. He had some excellent restaurant recommendations in Ortigia and Syracuse. The apartment was very clean & tidy and had everything you might need. Great location to walk into Ortigia too or explore great local restaurants. Highly recommend

We loved our stay here! Letizia greeted us when we came and gave us the history behind Modica. She had very helpful tips for Modica and its surroundings from where to park and the history of surrounding cities - like a self guided walking tour. It was a great addition to be able to wash our clothes and admire the lighting on the building from the balcony. The place was central but quiet enough.
