The apartment is in a great location, a 5-minute walk to downtown and close to shops. Spacious and with all the amenities, especially the kitchen equipment, you won't see anything like it in a rental apartment. In the bedrooms, very comfortable beds and enough storage space. Perfect water pressure in the shower and enough hot water for 4 showers. There is bathroom furniture to store all your things, although no shelf to leave them within easy reach. The house was very clean. Communication with the host, a 10, he answers in a few minutes and resolves all your doubts. He was kind enough to leave us something to eat for our late arrival. Self check-in is a good thing, you don't have the stress of having to arrange your schedule with someone. The only negative points (which cannot be improved, do not depend on the host): - The terrace is minimal and with 0 privacy - Parking. It's greatly appreciated to have a free parking spot in the area, but it's very, very difficult

Both Miguel Ángel and his wife were very friendly and helpful to us. When we arrived they were already waiting for us, they gave us access to the garage and explained everything about the apartment. They also made recommendations for restaurants to eat at and places to visit. The next day, they were interested in asking us how our night had been, and on the last day they also came to say goodbye. The apartment is very good, located in a nice area and with a lot of atmosphere. Everything highly recommended!!

Excellent location. When you enter, the first thing you notice is the attention to detail. Everything is very clean, spacious, organized and comfortable. We loved the privacy and tranquility of the place, which despite being a holiday weekend, no noise was heard from the outside. We also really enjoyed the town center, its bars and excellent restaurants. The apartment's kitchen stands out. Very comfortable and well-equipped. Perfect for when you prefer to stay at home. We fell in love with Avilés and the entire surrounding region, the coast and its culinary offerings that we loved. Alicia and Eduardo were great hosts. We are super grateful and look forward to coming back.

Small but very well-equipped apartment. Dining room just for 6 people but all beds are comfortable. Beautiful decoration. Good smell. Clean, renovated and cozy apartment. Equipped with towels, cutlery, a kettle, etc. Very central. Good communication with Eva and company, friendly and flexible. Thank you!
