It is in a small village with beautiful views and very well located: close to the beach or the mountains and half an hour from Oviedo or Gijón. At the exit of the village there is a bar-restaurant and the towns with services are 10 minutes away. The house has Wi-Fi, a wood stove, a Smart TV (Wi-Fi only), a balcony and a cozy terrace to enjoy the view, with many plants, a dining area and a barbecue.

We had a very nice stay at this house on the property at Juan's place. The house is exactly as shown in the picture and spacious enough for two people. Everything was very clean. The center with supermarket(s) and restaurants is within walking distance (recommended are La Bahida and Nordeste). Beautiful excursions made from the house, many beautiful towns and nature within driving distance. Very suitable for the cycling enthusiast. Beautiful rounds cycled from the house.

Enrique is great host. He received us personally and showed us the way in Villaviciosa. Since we arrived in the Easter weekend, there were only a few restaurants open and an evening supermarket. Enrique personally showed me where to find them in the city. Furthermore, he gave nice tips to do and he was really involved with us how we had it in his house. The house itself is fantastically nicely decorated and everything you need is there. Recommended!

Both the location and the house are excellent (much better than in the photos). They made our arrival easier by waiting for us in the town square, and once there, they took us to the house, which is about 30 meters from the square. They also gave us all the instructions on how the different elements of the house work and recommended various places to eat/dine. Very attentive before, during and after the stay. Totally recommended in case you want to go skiing at both the San Isidro or Fuentes de Invierno resorts, or do other types of outdoor activities, or just spend a couple of days quietly

The house matched the ad. Leonardo told us everything and his father Leonardo, in the village he treated us 10. Before we left, we were recommended to see Cabo Vidio and it was a real wonder. Very attentive hosts, the house is very comfortable and super warm with the heating, it was a pleasure to come back after being around all day visiting Asturias. We would definitely come back.

Great place. Fabulous views. Very private. Small but nice and complete house. Small living space is amply compensated by the various(!) outdoor terraces. Covered by choice or not. Both bedrooms are spacious, because upstairs is bigger than downstairs. Double bed sinks in. But most importantly, everything can be seen that the host has gone above and beyond to delight their guests. For example, an electric stove in all(!) rooms. BBQ with clean grate, lights and table and waste bin. Beautiful decorations inside. And so on. Excellent and thoughtful work by the Host. Had a lovely time. Appreciation and thank you!
