Two covered dining terraces — an 80m² sail-shaded Grand Terrace, and a classic terracotta tiled lunch terrace. A 10 × 5 m Roman-ended pool sits at the heart of the gardens. Very quiet self contained Gite near Eymet and Duras. Set in 10 acres of land. Open plan with main bedroom + double sofa bed (within living area). 12 mins from Eymet and 10 mins from Duras. Ideal for house hunting couples. This accommodation is not suitable for more than 2 adults, but two small children could be accommodated on the sofa bed. The gite is attached to a house, and adjacent to our house. Shared use of the pool. Please note, pool now closed until May 2025 Sorry no dogs.
