Monthly Rentals in Artà

We used the house for a short vacation as a family with small children. The location was perfect, even as a base for exploring the surrounding area. Even parking the rental car behind the house was easy. Pedro was a great host who quickly and competently supported us with all questions in advance and during the stay. We will be happy to come back! A house renovation is currently taking place in the neighborhood. Although we had no impairments for our short trip, it is advisable to inquire about possible obstructions due to construction noise (as of summer 2025) for a longer stay.

We had a wonderful time at Joana's great place. The little cottage had everything you need for a stay (including Dolce Gusto capsule machine), and you could enjoy the peace and quiet and relax. We were able to use the beautiful pool alone for our entire stay. Arta is about a 15-minute walk, there are a few nice restaurants and cafes and a market every Tuesday. The Parc Natural can be reached in 12 minutes by car - there you can hike super 😊 Joana and her husband were very nice and friendly. We felt completely comfortable.

We stayed in a couple of different places throughout our honeymoon in Spain but Claus' was definitely our favourite! The location is great and the casita had everything we needed. There was a bit of a miscommunication in preparing for our arrival but Claus was super responsive and helpful towards getting us settled. There was also loud construction in the unit next door really early in the mornings on our last few days. We were a bit disappointed but understand it's totally out of our hosts' control. Aside from that, the surrounding town was soooo peaceful and charming. We loved the dinner and beach recommendations given to us by the host. We would definitely recommend this beautiful home to anyone!

Nice house in a cozy town! Incredibly nice communication that was thoughtful and caring. They responded quickly and very kindly. The house is super nice, a little darker than the feeling in the pictures but otherwise very good. The city is cozy with very good restaurants just around the corner. It is also close to several beaches.
