House vacation rentals in Artà

What a fantastic stay we had! With five people we stayed in this beautiful home, and really everything was taken care of to the last detail. The accommodation is spacious, stylishly furnished and has all the comforts – you will notice everything that has been worked with love and attention to detail. The pool was really the icing on the cake: clean, big enough for all of us and wonderful to relax in after a day of discovering or simply to stay all day. The tranquility and privacy you experience here is second to none. No hustle and bustle, no noise – just pure relaxation in a brilliant environment. In short: a complete, comfortable and relaxing stay in a top location with a good host. We enjoyed it and would definitely book this place again. Highly recommended for those looking for peace, luxury and personal hospitality!

We had a wonderful time at the house - everything was very clean and as described. The size is perfect for 4 people. The pool is exceptionally clean and very refreshing! Cati is a great and charming host. We would love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay in Kisten's beautiful house. The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 12 people and a small child. The garden with the pool area and the outdoor kitchen were the absolute best but the whole house is fantastic. Robbie, who looks after the house and garden, was nice and helpful and we are super happy with our trip.

Three of us spent a good week in the finca and enjoyed the time. Great location outside of Arta, 5 minutes by car from Arta. Everything was sparkling clean, the house very comfortable with spacious bathrooms and pleasantly warm even in the still cool season due to the underfloor heating. This is not self-evident for similar houses/fincas. Kitchen is super well equipped. The pool is clean and nicely laid out, but was not used by us (!), but was still a little chilly. The sauna is heated with wood and needs at least as advertised. 4 hours to heat up. Offers space for 4 people safely comfortably. Communication with Inken was always very straightforward, Inken always responded quickly. Minor issues were quickly resolved. The technology of the entrance gate didn't always work right away, but should be replaced soon. I can recommend the finca without restrictions.

What an incredible place this is! If you are looking for a beautiful and peaceful place with a wonderful view, look no further! The host Mendi warmly welcomes you upon arrival and gives you a tour of the house, but let you continue to celebrate in peace holidays (although he is always available if you have any questions). Furthermore, I have never had such an extensive kitchen in an Airbnb (that makes me very happy as a hobby chef), and if you still miss something, Mendi was always willing to lend you something. The pool terrace is also beautiful, and from the end of the morning it has sun all day. Perfect for people who want to spend a day at the beach, but otherwise want to tan in an oasis of peace. The donkeys complete your view! We also liked that you had French doors on each side of the house, each with its own terrace with a separate purpose (swimming pool, BBQ, kitchen, terrace). As a result, everything was very nicely in contact with each other, even if you did other activities.

Overall a great house. It is large and very clean. We especially appreciated the hot tub. It was a little too warm for the sauna in the beautiful weather. Sitting at the large table outside in the morning and evening was very cozy. The location is great, on foot in 2 minutes to the Eroski and about 5 minutes to the very nice beach. We enjoyed the time very much. We would have liked a little more equipment in the kitchen (dishes, etc. are all rather scarce if you are there with 5-6 people), but we also got along well with it in the end :-). Antoni was always available and very helpful if something was missing. He also had a lot of information and tips about what's in the area. A good, very friendly host.

Los Guardias is a very tranquil villa set in some very nice grounds and ideal for us as a family group of 4 couples. We found the villa to be well equipped with the kitchen having everything we needed. The pool is excellent with enough shaded areas for everyone to sit. It’s only 10 minutes to Santanyi which has some excellent restaurants, a great market on Wed and Sat and plenty of supermarkets. Plenty of activities at Cala D’or and a nice small beach at Cala Santanyi.

An absolute dream right on the sea! The house was just perfect – with a stunning view directly of the sea, which we enjoyed every morning and evening from the terrace. Three bedrooms, the living room and kitchen also have sea views. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired – everything was super clean, high-quality and thoughtfully furnished. The cave in the basement, which leads to a direct access to the sea, is also unique. From there, we went out to the sea a few times by canoe or stand-up paddle (which Roman provided free of charge!). I would especially like to highlight Roman as a host: extremely helpful, warm and with great tips on restaurants and excursions that really enriched our stay. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment and would come back any time.

Just gorgeous! Great house, very nice and helpful owners. You don't lack anything in the house. Just sit on the terrace and enjoy! The view is phenomenal. Thanks for this uncomplicated stay, dear Marion and dear Ben.

Lovely space to take a break

Super nicely renovated old village house in second row from the harbour of Cala Rajada. Converted and furnished with a lot of taste. Minimalist and yet cozy. Perfect for relaxing. Radiates tranquility. Very clean. Great courtyard (patio) and indoor balcony, but no terrace with a view - as it belongs to a Mallorcan village house. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the waterfront, as well as to the fantastic small beach Cala Gat. Ideal for us, because everyone could do something independently and we were not always dependent on the car. Ideal for those who don't want a standard tourist hostel and yet not far from everything on a finca. We will definitely be happy to come back.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful villa. The view was breathtaking from the outdoor areas and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool. The style of the villa and the space was great. Laura communicated with us before and during our stay to make sure all was well. The extra touches of wine in fridge, bakery delivery on last day etc. was unexpected and much appreciated. Fabulous villa- really beautiful with great pool and everything you could think off at the villa. It was lovely to meet the hosts/owners when we arrived and they were so helpful and kind as was Antonia. Very responsive to any queries. We travelled as a family- adult children and partners. Great villa, pool and amenities for all. Thank you for our stay. We hope to be back. There was a problem with some of the AC but they couldn’t have done more to try to sort it for us- thanks.😊

Thank you to Miquel for this accommodation that allowed us to have a peaceful stay in a quiet environment and with a magical sea view! (with a little sunset as a bonus) The place was spotless, super clean, functional. The roof terrace is just crazy!!!😍 The environment is quiet and away from the tourist crowds. It's ideally located for visiting the island in addition to that! Miquel is super welcoming, gives good tips on small coves, restaurants etc. Really a great stay that makes us want to come back and share this great address with friends who would like to come to Mallorca.

We enjoyed our stay while in Mallorca at this house! Lots of space, in an adorable beach town, and very responsive hosts. The WiFi only worked in one room (front living room), and we were not able to access it from other rooms in the house. We never used it much because we were so busy exploring the surrounding towns with beautiful beaches, so it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall would highly recommend this house to stay at while in Mallorca!

Arta is a wonderful, peaceful town. Great launch point for hiking in Parc Natural and to Capdepera and beautiful calas. Great restaurants all over this town.

We stayed for 4 nights with our two children (2y and 4y) and had a wonderful time. The place is lovely and you can have a relaxed family vacation. Especially the pool was perfect, as it is heated and a good size for the little one (but you just stay with them as it is not perfect for non swimmers).

Our stay at the finca was perfect. The location of the house is secluded and not overlooked. We had a difficulty that was resolved with responsiveness and professionalism. We can only say that the hardest part was leaving the place because we immediately felt at home. The garden is beautiful and we were even able to eat a few oranges. The location is very good for visiting the island and all the necessary shops are ready . The hosts are very nice and responsive. Thanks a lot to Nicole!

Toni was very friendly. The appartement was very tidy. The view from the appartement is incredible. The instructions to get into and how to leave the appartement were very clear and easy to understand. The appartement has an own parking place.

We liked it very much, the apartment is excellently equipped and has something to offer for every season, communication went smoothly and Son Servera is a charming place with everything for everyday needs! As already mentioned, the bedroom to the street is quite audible or the street right in front of the window. My wife didn't mind, but those who are noise sensitive should consider this when booking.

Juan Y Zita are very kind and lovely people, they even offered us a late checkout knowing that, if it had been sunny, we'd have gone to the beach before leaving.

We felt very comfortable. Even before arrival, we were proactively approached and prepared for the stay. We will be happy to come back.
