Besser geht’s nicht!!! Wunderschöne Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Hier kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. Der Besitzer und sein Team sind zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Aussicht atemberaubend und die Restaurants in der Nähe sind sehr empfehlenswert. Ich möchte noch so viel schreiben, aber am besten, man probiert es selbst aus. So macht Urlaub einfach Spaß!

Logement très agréable situé dans une résidence verdoyante et intimiste. La situation géographie est idéale à quelques minutes à pied du front de mer mais à l’écart des gros complexes hôteliers et donc au calme. L’appartement est bien équipé et très propre. Juliane est une hôte accueillante et disponible. Nous recommandons fortement !

The 6th floor flat with large balcony stretching from bedroom to living room offered amazing views! Extra bonuses were the rooftop terrace and also swimming pool on the ground floor. There were bars, restaurants and hotels within 5 minutes walk to the beach which we frequented. We felt at home at this Airbnb and would not hesitate to recommend it further to others.

What a beautiful stay! The accommodation itself was great, very spacious and everything you need. The pool area is amazing, feels so private and just so relaxing and peaceful. The hosts are such lovely people, made us feel right at home and were very helpful and enthusiastic, you can tell they really love making their guest’s stay memorable! Will definitely be returning one day!! Thank you again ❤️

Tolle Wohnung, in einer super Lage. Schöne Buchten und Orte sind in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Im März war es sehr ruhig und kaum was los - wir haben die Ruhe genossen. Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten einen ganz wunderbaren Aufenthalt -Danke! ☀️

Tout été impeccable..très joli logement dans un quartier superbe...seul inconvénient l'ouverture de la porte...si vous n'êtes pas dans l'informatique ce n'est pas évident...mais il est vrai qu'il faut ce mettre a la page...merci pour fe bon séjour..

the location and view were the biggest positives of this Airbnb. also, the host was extremely nice and responsive which made everything easy and made us feel at home. convient location to the Rafa Nadal tennis academy.

Appartement propre conforme à la description et très bien équipé. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable avec une très belle vue mer et une crique à 5 minutes a pied avec des eaux cristallines par beau temps.

We enjoyed a very relaxing week at Can Somni. The place was really pretty, just as what the pictures showed. Everything was provided, even beach towels and some kitchen essentials like oil and vinegar and coffee. Lots of thoughtful details made us feel at home. Laurence was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed (she has a small store just around the corner, so if you ever needed assistance with anything, she would be right there :) The apartment is just a short walking distance to the port and several restaurants. To go to the beach you need a car or a bicycle (unless you love walking - several Calas, e.g. Cala Santanyi, can be reached by hiking on little paths along the cliffs :) All in all we had a great experience at Can Somni and would recommend it!

Perfekter Aufenthalt in Cala Millor. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 7. Etage und bietet einen absolut atemberaubenden Meerblick, der jeden Morgen zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis macht. Es gibt nichts Schöneres, als mit diesem Panoramablick auf das Meer aufzuwachen und den Tag zu beginnen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sie bietet alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht – von einer gut ausgestatteten Küche bis zu einem bequemen Bett, in dem man wunderbar schlafen kann. Ein besonderer Pluspunkt war die Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeberin Susan und ihr Mann. Schon bei der Ankunft (Abends!) wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und sie hat sich wirklich Zeit genommen, um uns einige tolle Restauranttipps zu geben. Man merkt, dass sie ihre Gäste wirklich schätzt und dafür sorgt, dass sie sich rundum wohlfühlen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und werde definitiv wiederkommen. Appartamento bello, super pulito e attrezzato, come da foto. Wi-fi perfettamente funzionante e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Posizione molto comoda per parcheggio auto gratuito facilmente reperibile. Abbiamo ricevuto in dotazione anche teli mare e ombrellone da spiaggia. Host gentilissimo e sempre reattivo. Zona non proprio centrale, ma comunque tranquilla e comoda sia per godersi il mare e la spiaggia, a pochi passi dall'appartamento, sia per visitare l'isola.

Bartolome is a great Host. Clear communications and suggestions. One small query on arrival was answered immediately. You will not get a better location in Pollensa - 50 meters from the beach, yet private enough and quite. Having seen comments on previous reviews, I can confirm all the furniture was modern and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable. The most wonderful part was the full sized roof terrace with 360 degree views of the mountains. town and the sea. Sun beds, Sun shade, outdoor shower and Barbeque all at your disposal. I would definitely go back.

Amazing space with beautiful views. Home was clean and as described. The host Pilar was responsive and met us at the home for check in. Grocery store within a few minute walk. Cute French bakery also a short walk. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Hola!! La comunicación con Rafael y Elena, es excelente. Llegando a la fecha de la estadía, me fueron enviando la información precisa para llegar al lugar. Incluidos mapas y fotos. Lo que nos fue de suma utilidad! El check in, fue muy fácil de realizar. Lo que tengo que decir del dpto son todas cosas lindas, ya que se nota que está hecho con mucho amor, en cada uno de sus detalles, todo combina con todo. De hecho te reciben con una bandeja llena de mimos para el alma… bombones, galletas, jugo y hasta vino! Los ambientes son muy cómodos, sobre todo los cuartos, que en cada uno tiene un lugar de guardado. Un lavadero que facilita mucho la estadía, cocina amplia y completa, el living ideal para que todo el mundo esté cómodo, un balcón terraza, donde se comparten momentos únicos, la salida a la playa, directamente desde el complejo, es un placer y lo mejor de lo mejor…la vista que ofrece a la playa de Alcudia desde todos los ambientes!! Si buscan Paz, es ahí!Encontré mi lugar en mundo?

Alles top, mit mini-winzigen Abstrichen! Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Shopping-Meile mit Shops und Restaurants, und dennoch kriegt man von dem Trubel nicht viel mit (April/Mai). Nach Norden ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß an der Küste - und ein paar weitere Minuten später an einem riesigen Sandstrand! Im Süden ist man in 7-10 Minuten an der Hafenpromenade, mit einer riesigen Auswahl an Restaurants! Auch hier gibt es Fussläufig eine kleine Bucht mit Strand und Kristallklarem/Türkisblauem Wasser. Zu den kleinen Abstrichen: Die Wohnung liegt zwischen zwei Straßen, die längs verlaufende Abflussgitter haben - und jedes mal wenn ein Auto darüber fährt macht es „klack-klack“. Das war morgens ab und zu etwas nervig. Außerdem steht direkt neben der Wohnung ein Glascontainer, den man auch ab und zu gehört hat. Zu Beginn des Aufenthalts erwartet einen eine Mappe mit vielen vielen Regeln, die ich für überwiegend selbstverständlich halte - es hat sich jedoch etwas nach „erhobenem Zeigefinge

My boys loved using the hot tub which was great for a winter visit to Port de Pollença. The outdoor space was great as I was able to cook outside while they played. It also feels very private. The interior space is very comfortable and has everything you could need for a trip as well as good quality cooking supplies. Also, a big thanks for the local beer!

Michael en Vicky communiceren snel en vriendelijk, en zorgen ervoor dat alles in orde is bij aankomst en tijdens je verblijf. Het appartement heeft een geweldige tuin met heerlijk zwembad en is goed gelegen ten opzichte van allerlei strandjes, de haven, andere dorpjes. Het appartement zelf heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijn verblijf! Het enige minpunt was dat het matras en de kussens van het bed wat te zacht waren (maar is persoonlijk) en dat de ventilatie in de badkamer niet super goed werkte (bleef wat lang vochtig en muf na het douchen). Maar ik zou het zeker aanraden en kom graag nog eens terug!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

Wir hatten zu dritt sechs wunderbare Tage in dem Appartement. Besonders hervorzuheben die wundervolle große Terrasse direkt am Strand. Taxi und Bus fast vor der Tür, Supermärkte ebenfalls. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank an David!

Matthias und Martin waren alle Zeit für uns erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort verlief problemlos. Der Check in war sehr flexibel und unkompliziert gestaltet. Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort waren super. Die Küche war standardmäßig mit Gewürzen und Wasser ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner standen vor Ort gegen kleines Entgelt zur Verfügung. Badezimmer war sehr sauber, Handtücher wurden vor Ort ausreichend bereit gestellt. Eine dritte Freundin besuchte uns zwischenzeitlich für einige Tage, auch dies abzuklären und zu organisieren war kein Problem. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen waren der Hammer. Martin gab uns zahlreiche Tipps für Restaurants im Dorf sowie Trip und Ausflugsziele in Palma sowie in allen Hinmelsrichtungen auf der Insel.

Il nostro soggiorno da Mirjam è stato oltre le aspettative. Comodo, confortevole, perfettamente attrezzato e con splendida vista mare. Esattamente come indicato nella descrizione e foto. Mirjam ci è stata di grande aiuto con informazioni dettagliate e consigli utili. Se torniamo a Mallorca, certamente torniamo da Mirjam.
