Lucas is a great host. It was easy to interact with him. He solved all the issues quickly. He always asked if everything was okay with us. Cleanliness and comfort in the apartment. Everything you need is available. The condominium has a swimming pool, a churrasqueira, a small gym with a treadmill and a games room. Very nice porteiro. We will be happy to come back here again.

We were in three people and it was a super nice stay! The location is amazing, close to the shops of the region and one block from the beach, it has the pool differential with waterfall and large balcony, all well-equipped and functioning properly. The ceiling fans are powerful and dispense air-conditioning. We plan to definitely come back.

The apartment is very comfortable and cozy, it has all the amenities and everything you need for cooking. It is very well located, close to the Passagem neighborhood with lots of gastronomic options, a few blocks from the beach, and a few blocks from downtown.

We love the accommodation and recommend with our eyes closed, much more complete even than hotels providing us with an amazing and comfortable weekend.

Every year we hold a family event and we are happy to have chosen Marilene's house. We were welcomed by the owners as friends. As the layout of the rooms is well integrated, it didn't matter if you were in the kitchen, living room, pool or barbecue area, it was possible to interact and talk. The house looks a few years old, but the pool is new and some rooms have been renovated. I found the shower to be a luxury. It's been a long time since I've had such a nice shower. We went to the beach that is next to the house and wow... quiet with the warmest water in Búzios. We really loved it! Thanks for a special weekend.

Check-in was very good, the host was very nice and explained everything to us, the bathroom was very clean and tidy, the pool was also very clean. A very cozy and nice place. One block from the train station and a business and restaurant, everything was great.

The neighborhood is great, I only found the streets without lighting, only the waterfront was well lit. But it was a great experience. We will definitely indicate and come back, God willing.

The accuracy of the listing, the quiet days in the condominium, the good value for money of the homemade food from the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the apartment made all the difference. We didn't cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend staying with Renata and Tiago. And if you're afraid to travel with your kids, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

I stayed with my family for 11 days and we had an amazing experience. The house is wonderful. Super-equipped, impeccably comfortable and close to downtown, literally around the corner from the condominium, and all the activities that could be done in Buzios. The place is quiet and safe. Afonso and Leda are super friendly and very helpful. You can walk to the most important beaches. We'll be back for sure.

The apartment is well located, is next to the bus station and there are many ways to get around the city, access to the main beaches is very easy, using a car, Uber or public transportation. The apartment has a great decor and is very cozy, in addition to easy and flexible check-in and checkout. About the host, Valmir, always attentive and polite. I'll definitely be back again!

The apartment is beautiful and the view is fabulous!!! Access is a bit tricky, but totally worth it. You have the beach right there. If you want to rest and seek tranquility is the place!
