Large apartment, very good beds,super clean, clean bed and bath linen,very good indeed. The air-conditioning was missed,but it had good fans. We had problems with the stove and with the electric power,which was quickly solved. I suggest you change the couch,as it is wood,it was not comfortable.

We went in 10 people and loved the apartment. We stayed for 10 days and did not have any problems with the stay. It all went smoothly. Two bathrooms with good showers. Large and clear apartment with three bedrooms, being a suite with air-conditioning. The others with ceiling fans and also in the living room, which has smart tv with several streaming installed. Wi-Fi met enough. The large rooftop pool divided with other guests with a beautiful view. The region is agitated throughout the day by the movement of bathers who go to Prainha and very quiet at night. We like it very much and intend to go back.

The apartment has a family, a couple and up to three children well. It has a mattress, in case it is necessary to house anyone else. Pleasant condominium. It is very close to the beach and there are nearby food options, for those who do not want to go to the Búzios Center. I recommend it!

For us, it met the expectations, great property, close to the beach and the center, bakery, pharmacy, drink distributor, everything very close. Clean and smelling sheets and towels, kitchen with all the utensils. All rooms with air conditioning and very comfortable, safe for those with children, including beach baldinho and a plank that the children used a lot. The maintenance to be done in the apartment did not disturb our stay at all, including an air conditioner started to drip and the host promptly sent someone to repair. We were welcomed and the checkin was easy and quick.

Carlos is a great host. Always very kind and answered the messages to me very clearly and quickly. Very well located apartment. I hope to come back again and again.

Easy access to other locations such as Rua dos Biquínis, Canal and Praia do Forte. For families, Peró is a great option, calmer sea for children, the beach is beautiful, and there is also Conchas beach, which is also close. We varied the tours between car and walking very easily. Alexandre is a great host, always answered our questions, the house and the space are ideal for a family of up to 4 people, had the necessary vessels for cooking, super safe condominium with 24-hour doorman, top pool. Area near Geribá beach and an ideal distance to other tourist attractions in the city.
