Villa vacation rentals in Armação dos Búzios

Ana is an extremely helpful, kind and polite host. The accommodation is in a villa with other houses, the house is simple but spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped allowing for on-site dining. All the neighbors were friendly and quiet. There is a shared parking space (that is, the car is stuck if you have another car) but nothing that got in the way. You can walk to the Anjos beach, to the exits and by boat and to Praia Grande. There are several food options that you can walk…. Mercado…. Pharmacy….. super recommend Ana's accommodation.

Amanda and Dhino are very attentive and flexible with check-in and check-out, the beautiful house is better than photos, the perfect pool to spend the afternoon and the patio is very cool and pleasant. The location is a little removed from downtown, but for the tranquility of the stay, it's perfect 👌 10 minutes walking to the beach and 15 minutes to the supermarkets. Good Uber connectivity and public transportation within 5 minutes. When I return to Buzios I stay there again.

Claudio's place is super clean and tidy. The spaces are well distributed, the barbecue and outdoor area is excellent. The internet and TV (open and ipTV are very good. The utensils are of good quality and serve those who like to cook. The condominium is safe and quiet, even in the period we stayed that it was a carnival. Claudio is very attentive and gave all the necessary tips and was always available. I recommend it and will be back on site.

The space matches the photos and Kátia was always very requested, quickly answering any questioning. Well located environment, quiet and safe to leave a car on the street. There are many restaurants nearby as well as a mall next door.

Everything was wonderful, I'll be back again for sure, they were incredible days, very good space, everything was very clean and fragrant. Mr. Deziel was extremely attentive, gave me all the support I needed and was a man of integrity that I loved meeting, I highly recommend spending incredible days in Cabo Frio!

I would like to thank Dinho and Rosaria for the excellent stay we had at their house, we felt at home, the residence is exactly as it was described, in fact it is more beautiful. It has a lot of greenery, the canal at the bottom of the house gives a special charm. to those who are spacious are very pleasant the super-equipped kitchen. Host Rosaria helped us through many things, gave us valuable tips and indications. Anyway I hope to be able to return soon!!!

I chose some dishes and all were made with excellence. Gabriel, left the house in perfect operation, catered to everything we requested. We were on the extended Holy Week holiday with a group of 24 people and the house behaved very well for everyone. The house is just as it was described in the ad. Dandara responded promptly to me in all my requests. The house is beautiful, the kitchen is very well equipped and we do not miss anything during our stay. A great house, with all the details very well finished, spectacular diarist and great brokers. The only caveats would be an improvement in the barbecue and inform that the bedroom with a bunk bed is part of the dependency, but these are constructive criticisms. My family became a customer!! We loved the stay at Frederic's house, Claudinha is exceptional, polite, charismatic and takes great care of every detail, everyone felt at home. The only recommendation I would give to the host is the issue of the windows of the upper room, there is a lot of clarity at dawn, maybe if you had the possibility of putting on a blackout curtain would help a lot for those who want to sleep a bit more. Other than that, everything is excellent.

Vanessa is a great host, as is Adriano (homemade) and the girl who went there to clean from time to time. The house is great, very wooded and well furnished. The house is exactly like in the pictures. We were warmly welcomed by Honorato, who was always available. The neighborhood is quiet and the view is a spectacle apart, the house accommodated 9 people in an extremely comfortable way, the beds are great and the bed and bath linens are super clean. Equipped and spacious kitchen. We'll be back for sure!
