The location is wonderful!!! Right in front of Foguete beach, which in my opinion is one of the most beautiful in Cabo Frio! And to watch the sunrise from the double room window!! Simply perfect!! The house is on the way to the cape camp. The house is big, cozy and has everything we need. We will definitely return!

Good choice for staying in Cabo Frio, away from the prices in front of the beaches. It is in front of the lagoon, very close to the big mall in the city and only about an 8/10-minute drive from Praia do Forte or the Passagem neighborhood. good value for money. We spent a family weekend and enjoyed the accommodation very much. When booking the property, we also had to hire the cook, D. Lúcia, which turned out to be a positive surprise, because in addition to serving very good dishes, it is also very friendly and helpful. Your husband is available to shop, very attentive and also helpful. The leisure area is very spacious, with barbecue, pizza oven and clean swimming pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable, as are the bathrooms. The only criticism I have to make are the furniture of the house, which deserve a renovation and do not match the space, end up devaluing the environment, as they are very old. In addition, it has been very happy days and we only have to thank the attention of hosts Juan and Renata and their dear employees. Congratulations.

The only bad thing was that they couldn't stay longer. The house is wonderful, with a lot of tranquility and privileged access to a white sand beach without other people. The house was impeccable and Amanda's service was super professional. Gratitude for everything, we'll be back for sure!

The house is cozy, beautiful, according to the photos, the condominium is well cared for, clean swimming pool, well organized and clean spaces and environments. the house has everything, including bedding and towels, (it has no dish cloth but just take it), soap in the bathroom and the kitchen. unfortunately, the lagoon water is dry, compromises the look of the place, it is like mangrove, but I don't know if it is by the time of the year. Heron was always requested and quick in the answers, score 10. The streets surrounding the condominium that is a little forgotten by the city hall, streets with holes, poorly cared for and dirty walks but as our goal was not to stay in the region, it made no difference for us. It's worth staying in the place.

the place I ALWAYS stay when I come to Arraial do Cabo. Literally every time. And it's no wonder: it's one of the best homes I've ever stayed in. Everything has very good taste, it is well taken care, cozy… Seriously, impeccable. The host is super attentive and the “miner” who works with him too! They really make sure you're okay at all times. And the location… I don't know where to start. The town is facing the beach, the ladinho of the kite lagoon, and the front beach looks like an Arraial do Cabo without muvuca. Paradisiac ITSELF. I recommend it with my eyes closed.

It matched, just right, very good condominium, kind and polite staff, very nice apartment, everything working well. Covered parking space, children had a lot of fun, 20 minutes walk to the beach of the fort. Everything went very well.

Nothing to complain about the apartment's internal area, but the external area leaves something to be desired in terms of parking. We went in two cars that had no parking spaces, the pharmacy and markets were very far away for us, and we went with a 1-year-old child, it was difficult to buy diapers and fruit.

The stay was simply wonderful! Everything was impeccably clean and organized, with super-smelling bed and bath linens. The beds and sofas were very comfortable, which made all the difference in our experience. The location is also perfect, close to the beach and Prainha's restaurants, which made our tours much easier. Diel was an amazing host, always available, attentive and full of valuable tips that made our trip even better. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness and hospitality. The accommodation was clean and organized, had everything we needed including liquid soap in the bathroom sinks, detergent and sponge for crockery and clothes. The bedding we requested were neatly clean and smelling. The apartment served my family of 4 very well. The condo is on the edge of the lagoon and is very large and beautiful. We will certainly return at a next opportunity.

Silvio was super receptive to us, we arrived earlier than expected and he allowed us to check in early. The apartment was super clean, the appliances were all new, the bed was very comfortable. We'll be back for sure! It was a great experience. Super friendly and solicitous hosts.

The place is perfect for those looking for peace and quiet. The listing description matches reality. The region is simple but has some restaurants, an interesting brewery and the strong point is nature. Beautiful waterfalls. I took my 2 dogs and it was super quiet. Perfect for those who like animals. The yard has kittens and other dogs. The internet is weak and the phone signal too and we had some power outages. So my recommendation is that you go to relax and enjoy the tranquility. The caretaker Mr. Sinesio is a 10, super helpful and polite. He had the kindness to bring fresh fruit, always concerned about our well-being. It is worth noting that Mr. Vitor is very helpful with his guests.

I really liked everything, it corresponds exactly to the announcement, only reservation is the refrigerator that was not working right and the door has to do maintenance but, this did not disturb our tour! Great, quiet place, for those who like trail and walk through the dunes the place is ideal, we get great photos.

He gave us great tips about the area, making our experience even more special. We can't wait to go back!
