Perfect home, all new, clean and with a team always ready to help. The Arete condominium is new but very well structured, for us it was good because we fled the chaos of downtown, normal on New Year's Eve. We will be back!!

Super recommended! What a beautiful place! Marcos and Braz were very attentive and the place is great. There's a long staircase that takes you from the house to the beach and the restaurants downstairs. You won't regret it. I'll be right back! Pay attention to the code number on the top gate if you want to get out there. Very easy, but you have to climb a hill. We preferred to go down to the beach and leave from there. The stay was great. Nice and clean house, with the necessary utensils and close to Geribá beach. The condominium is well maintained and has a 24-hour concierge. The host Tania was super attentive and kind.

The space is surreal, modern design, well-distributed and breathtaking view… you'll be mesmerized. Since it has a well-equipped kitchen, it is worth the preparation of light meals, but there are 2 nearby restaurants (you can go on foot). These units are part of the new Ioda structure, on the street below but possible and easy access (crossing the street) to the old complex where the infinita borga pool is located. The location is wonderful!!! Right in front of Foguete beach, which in my opinion is one of the most beautiful in Cabo Frio! And to watch the sunrise from the double room window!! Simply perfect!! The house is on the way to the cape camp. The house is big, cozy and has everything we need. We will definitely return!

Super is worth it! We thought the structure was great, consistent with the listing and photos. We received recommendations for the beach and places to visit and we went to most of them and have no regrets. We rented a car, so we were halfway between Cabo Frio and Arraial, so getting around was not a problem. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Well decorated house, very cozy. Main point very close to the beach. In the yard there is a shower to wash and remove sand, very useful. Overall, it was good. The host is very attentive.

Monique's Airbnb is cute. Small, but can accommodate up to 4 or 5 people for a short stay. There are 3 single mattresses and a sofa bed for up to two. The small house is well structured, has air-conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom, blindex and hot shower, smarTV and full kitchen. It also offers a large freezer and wifi. Communication with Monique was clear and she responded every time quickly, very helpful. Monte Alto is a village a little far from the centers of Arraial and Cabo Frio, so it's not easy to find Uber, especially at night. The site does not have large markets, shops or paved streets, part of it is on the sand of the beach and is very small, with some grocery stores and bakeries available. The downside of this is that the energy dropped for much of the night and the morning, but since I went to a wedding and needed just to sleep, it was great! Indico! Despite the lack of local structure, it has a welcoming and friendly people!!! Adorei (:

Our stay was simply perfect! The house is wonderful, exactly as in the pictures. Every detail was very well cared for, clean, cozy and fully equipped, exceeding all our expectations. We were in 10 people and the house accommodated us perfectly. Quiet and cozy place that made us feel right at home.
