We had a great holiday in the apartment! The space is very comfortable, clean and well equipped, perfect for enjoying with the family. My wife, son and I felt at home throughout the stay. The apartment is well located with access to the main points of Cabo Frio. It is fully equipped and extremely cozy. The building also has a Fitness Center and Swimming Pool. The owner is extremely kind and proactive, I have no doubt that when I return to Cabo Frio I will stay in the same place.

if you want to enjoy the best of Cabo Frio, simply rent it without fear. I confess that I was a little afraid, because I didn't have those hotel services, but I felt at home. all very clean, a beautiful mirror, clean pool and nice. courteous and gentle hotel reception. The apartment had everything that would be useful for fast cooking. The 2 super-fans township accounted, since he was afraid of not having air conditioning, he was not missed. A view of the pleasant window, the tip of the dunes. hotel soon face the beach of the fortress/dunes, a wonderful walk to the fort of São Mateus. all very close to the market, bakery, centrinho and restaurants. It was just perfect, just one day of our stay was cloudy and we went to the Cabo Frio mall and we took the opportunity to get a cimena. 1st time I've stayed through Airbnb, super quiet. I was very lucky to have Mr. Paulo as a host, super helpful, proactive, the apartment is cozy, spacious and very functional, it has everything in the kitchen, clean, organized and besides that it is the 1st floor, the balcony opens directly onto the beach. We simply love and RECOMMEND. Beautiful location around, swimming pools and the beach is super accessible, I went with 1 baby of 1 year, 2 years and 7 years, they were able to enjoy it a lot.

From the first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well guided and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathetic and helped us with her experience and brought us security. The accuracy of the listing, the quiet days in the condominium, the good value for money of the homemade food from the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the apartment made all the difference. We didn't cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend staying with Renata and Tiago. And if you're afraid to travel with your kids, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

Juan Carlo’s place is amazing! So much more spacious and beautiful than even the pictures can capture. The pool was the highlight! It was also very easy and quick to get to the beach. Juan Carlo was communicative and friendly before and during the entire trip. Buzios is a gorgeous town and this was the perfect place to experience it.

Cozy house, well located in Monte Alto Beach, clean and organized place. The host is very helpful and responded quickly to my requests. I also point out that the house is well equipped and is close to good kiosks on the beach and the lagoon. I really enjoyed Monte Alto, a place that, despite lacking infrastructure, has a beautiful, quiet beach, a good place to relax and spend time with the family, it is a place away from the hustle and bustle of the main points of Arraial and Cabo Frio. The only reservation I make regarding the stay would be the start check-in, which was very late.

The place is exactly as published, the location is excellent and the spaces of the house were very comfortable and very well maintained. We loved Arraial and were very well staying there. The only suggestion is that they add emergency lights due to any power outages, since on the last day and a half we were without light throughout the condominium after a deluge in Arraial, an imponderable that exceeds who rents it, but it would have been nice to have emergency night lights. Beyond that, we definitely recommend this place, it was an excellent stay.

Excellent apartment, very spacious and close to downtown. Transportation stops right outside the accommodation. We were able to use the pool every day. The kitchen is fully-equipped. We hope to be back soon.

The stay at the Soluar house was simply sensational! Jeandre is super good people, always available and attentive. The house is amazing, very spacious and comfortable, the way we like. The barbecue area along with the pool was our meeting point every day — impossible not to enjoy! The room is huge and super cozy, perfect for relaxing after the beach. The space to store the cars is large and safe, which has brought even more tranquility. And a super important detail: the house is in one of the safest areas of Cabo Frio, which made us much more comfortable to enjoy every moment. The location is also great, in a quiet neighbourhood and close to everything. We're already counting the days to come back!
