Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Armação dos Búzios

It is not possible to reinforce how good our period in the house was not possible. I've never seen a house like this. Everything very well prepared and beautiful. Large, decorated and with lots of things to do. The rooms are really good. From the current photos of the site I already found the house sensational but in person the impression was much better. It was surprising. Congratulations to the owners and to the people who are thinking about booking the house, you can go without fear, you will like it very much.

The stay was excellent!!! The house is wonderful...perfect for spending time with friends and family!!! 10/10!!!! Common areas are perfect!!! And the employees s"extremely requested!! Be it only with adults or with children!!! Gramado, swimming pool, a beautiful barbecue, pool, toto, darts!!! I will return for sure!!!

The house is really spectacular, comfortable, the location unbeatable. We were a group of 12 people, adults and children and we all really enjoyed the amenities of the house, the pool and the beach that is a few minutes walk away. Daniela is a very good host since she responds quickly and is very friendly and willing to answer any questions you have. We were late to check in and had no problem waiting for us. Very valuable point is the presence of Rosana who works daily in the house. He helped us with shopping, meals, and recommendations. She is certainly a high point of the place. I recommend it with closed eyes and we will try to come back because it was a very good experience.

We had an excellent experience at Ceiça's house. The charm of the house, the look, the care in the smallest details and its excellent location contributed a lot to have such pleasant moments in Búzios. Another highlight was the daily cleaning provided by Elizete, who took care of the house with total care. We highly recommend the lodging in this very special getaway.

The space is beautiful and cozy, ideal for those who go in large groups. Our stay went super well — communication and impeccable service. We really like it! The place is exactly the same as in the pictures, maybe even more beautiful in person… it delighted us completely. When entering the house, sometimes two puppies stay at the gate — impossible not to fall in love with them, hahaha! I already returned home with longing for them and the chalet. Everything was wonderful and I highly recommend it! Thank you very much for your attention and care during our stay. We still got two delicious cakes, and the air-conditioned room made everything even more comfortable.

Sonia's house is exactly like the photos, a house with all the utensils, plenty of space. It has a foosball table, pool table. Sonia answered me every time I looked for her, assisted me with what I needed and more. She lent me a beach chair and was always very nice. Anyway, I really liked Sônia's place.

Great condominium location! Clean home! Clean, smelly linens! Large pots are missing for large groups that need to make a lot of food! Super Attenentious Lorena! The very small swimming pool needs a staircase inside, especially for older people to get in and out, but it was clean! The condominium needs to improve those higher streets a lot, they all got lost inside and it took a long time to find the house! I think this can be very clear when renting, because if they don't have high and ready cars, they can't go up especially if they're heavy! All our cars with a lot of losses, with a flat tire, and a crashed car at the time it skidded! Because the house is on the last street of the condominium, and it has no asphalt, it is lands and holes, with even the risk of accidents.

José Ronaldo is an excellent host. Flawless and well-located place. Close to beaches and shopping.

Excellent location, close enough to enjoy the Carnival, about 10 min walk and far enough to not be bothered by it. The AP is quite complete, it has everything to spend long seasons in it. The condominium is also very large, with swimming pool, sauna, hydro, parking, reading area and more... Anyway, I will come back other times

Weekend was amazing! The house meets in every way! Having various environments so you can use. The staff are great, and super helpful. The food they made also very good! We didn't leave the house at any time! We'll be back soon for sure!

The house is exactly as demonstrated in the photos, very large and comfortable, facing the sea, literally opening the gate and stepping on the sand. It is at the end of Rasa Beach - not the most beautiful in Búzios - but ideal for those who seek tranquility, because it is far from any hustle and is empty most of the time, even in Carnival. We hired apart the services of the homemade Jessica and her mother Neia for cooking - I recommend, they are considerate, go out to buy the groceries and cook very well. We'll be back for sure.

e had the most amazing stay at this Airbnb! It was a girls trip with seven of us, and the house was absolutely perfect—spacious, comfortable, and with the most stunning views. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Amanda helped coordinate everything ahead of time, and Josi was with us daily from 8–4 (or whenever we needed her). She went above and beyond—cooking us delicious breakfasts every morning, keeping the place spotless, and even whipping up the best drinks. She truly took care of us like family. The location was perfect too—close to local markets, the beach, and nightlife. We felt like we had the best of everything right at our fingertips. This was honestly one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had, and all the girls agree. Highly recommend this spot for a friends trip or family getaway. We couldn’t have asked for more!🩷🩷

A very nice house, with spacious spaces, 5 suites, a few steps from the sea, Ferradura beach is clean and safe for swimming. The pool, garden and quincho are beautiful spaces to spend all day there and enjoy the night. Your host Roberto and wife Su, have made our stay with friends incredible. They are lovely, friendly, efficient, excellent food, the best caipiriñas and first-class service. The ensemble, home and hosts, make it a place to enjoy again and experience the best of Buzios. Thank you, an unforgettable place….. we will be back!!!!
