We spent a family weekend and enjoyed the accommodation very much. When booking the property, we also had to hire the cook, D. The house has a very pleasant outdoor area, with pool and lawn. The kitchen integrated into the living room is a great living space. The decor is rustic, well praiana. The upper deck suite is huge and has a delicious balcony. The house is in a very quiet and quiet place and about a 10 minute walk from the beach of Geribá. Perfect Bungalow! All very clean and organized. Marcos very capricious ! Respectful, answered all the messages. Manda message asked if we were in need of anything , sent all the information so that we could enjoy a lot. I was delighted by the view of the room , you wake up open the curtain and come across a view of that is priceless! My daughters loved the pool ! A tip for those with a small child, take floats because the pool is deep . I thought I wasn't going to be able to stay on the balcony in the evening because of the mosquitoes, I bought repellent and didn🙌🏻't even have to use zero mosquitoes , I enjoyed the entire day as much as I could kkk that perfect place…

We had a wonderful weekend in Búzios at the house! It’s close to the Geribá beach and easy to order an Uber to the other beaches :) The house look like in the pictures and it’s a cosy and quiet place to stay to enjoy a beach holiday, I would definitely recommend!

Quiet place for those looking to relax. It is a little distant from the centers of Arraial and Cabo Frio (about 15/20min), but for those who want to stay in a more vulnerable place is wonderful.

I loved the accommodations in Alice's apartment! The site is wonderful, with 24-hour security, an amazing pool and a self-service restaurant with a very varied menu. The condominium also has a mini market, ideal for last-minute shopping, and its location makes it easy to order Uber and order delivery through iFood, without any problem with deliveries. My children loved the atmosphere, especially the lagoon. Also, the beach of Monte Alto is simply wonderful! The place is perfect for those looking for tranquility and security. Definitely an excellent experience!

My family and I love the apartment. It is super spacious, a differential is that all rooms have bathrooms. The upstairs rooms do not have Ar, but it is super airy. The apartment is very nice too.

The house was perfect with an amazing view! We had a beautiful vacation and could have spend more than the 9 days we were there. The town is only 10 minutes away and has everything. We will definitely come back.

We chose this house for its balcony and we were not disappointed. Wonderful view of the Lagoa de Geriba, its divine sunrise. We were delighted to hear and see the variety of birds. In the afternoons a family of Tití monkeys would pass by, which we were able to feed with bananas. Great! It doesn't have a garage but it doesn't need it, leaving the car at the door is fine. We feel safe at any time of day or night. It's three blocks from Porto da Barra, where it's very nice to walk to for lunch and dinner. To go to the beach you have to go by car or the vans that pass by very close. The house is just like the photos. It's spacious and airy. For those who want tranquility and nature, it's great! Estefania responds, at any time you write to her, surprisingly instantly!!! Any concerns or needs are addressed. We had a great time!
