Charmig lägenhet vid VM8:an, bästa läget!

Mysig lägenhet på 30kvm precis vid VM8:an, den lift som öppnar tidigast på morgonen och knyter ihop hela skidområdet. Bra läge i Åre, nära allt. På sommarsäsongen är det rullavstånd till liftburet och riktigt bra pumptrack! Annorlunda planlösning med bl.a. en dubbel(trippel)säng på 270cm. Fullt utrustat kök för den som gillar att laga mat. Innan man startar dagen kan man med fördel glida ner till bageriet Grädda 200m bort och köpa sig nåt nybakt. Inga hyresgäster under 23år.

Beautiful area as well during spring, summer and autumn with trails for walking and cycling right outside the door. About 5 k to Åre Town by car.

OBS! Vecka 2-5 hyr vi endast ut till familjer eller sällskap 35+. Fräsch lägenhet mitt i centrala Åre med härlig balkong i söderläge. 200 m till Åre torg och 100 m till tågstationen. Minimiålder för att få hyra är 25 år. Självklart är barn välkomna i föräldrars sällskap! Uthyres till max 6 vuxna. Funkar för 7 personer om några är barn. Uthyres sön-sön, sön-tors alternativt tors-sön. Utvalda veckor endast sön-sön. (Vecka 51, 52, 7, 8, 9 och 16)

Mysig stuga som ligger nära längd- och turspår och fjället med barnvänlig slalombacke. Under sommar och höst finns det fina vandringsleder och möjlighet att hitta bär och svamp. Stugan är liten men väldisponerad med fullt utrustat kök och två sovrum samt öppen planlösning mellan vardagsrum och matplats. Obs! Inget Wi-Fi och egna lakan och handdukar medtages.
