Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4-room apartment with sauna in a peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, underfloor heating and an unbeatable coziness factor that really gives you that cottage feeling you want when you go to the mountains. In principle, ski in/ski out with only a 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll/Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction, you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (in operation during the ski season). The biking trails in Bjørnen, and several hiking routes are right next door. The children's area with pumptrack and skillsarena is also right nearby. and bus stop for bus to the city center also right next door. The apartment is equipped with all the kitchen fixtures that are needed, as well as activities such as board games and books for both adult and children.

Charming apartment at VM8, best location!

Cozy apartment of 30sqm right by the VM8, the lift that opens at the earliest in the morning and connects the entire ski area. Great location in Åre, close to everything. In the summer season there is rolling distance to the lift cage and really good pump-track! Different layout with, among other things, a double(triple)bed of 270cm. Fully equipped kitchen for those of who enjoy to cook. Before you start the day, you can usefully slide down to the bakery Bake 200m away and buy yourself something freshly baked. No tenants under the age of 23.

Enjoy a luxurious experience at this centrally-located place. Here you can relax and enjoy skiing, cycling and hiking trails directly adjacent to the cottage. Detached house of about 50 sqm distributed on two floors with 2 bedrooms and bathroom with spacious sauna overlooking Åre village. Large south-facing balcony with magical views. VM 8 and the slope directly "outside the door." This lift, which opens first and closes last on the day and the season, takes you out to the entire Åre magical ski system. Genuine ski-in ski-out!

Huset består av tre sovrum, ett badrum, ett sovloft samt ett kök som är öppet mot vardagsrummet. Det är öppet mellan sovloftet och vardagsrummet vilket bör beaktas om man avser sova på loftet och om man reser med morgonpigga individer. Stugan är modern men mysigt inredd för att skapa en härlig stugkänsla. Huså ligger på andra sidan Åreskutan från Åre sett och har en egen skidbacke och mycket goda möjligheter till skoteråkning. Här finns även en fors att bada i och vandringsleder.
