Charming apartment at VM8, best location!

Cozy apartment of 30sqm right by the VM8, the lift that opens at the earliest in the morning and connects the entire ski area. Great location in Åre, close to everything. In the summer season there is rolling distance to the lift cage and really good pump-track! Different layout with, among other things, a double(triple)bed of 270cm. Fully equipped kitchen for those of who enjoy to cook. Before you start the day, you can usefully slide down to the bakery Bake 200m away and buy yourself something freshly baked. No tenants under the age of 23.

Mountain lodge renovated Nov ‘18 situated in a private forest far from neighbours with a spectacular view overlooking the lake Ottsjön and the montains. You can hike or ski out the front door to a vast trail system, go for a dog slade tour, go fishing in Ottsjön or do icelandic horseback riding. Big terrace with bbq built 2020. Great and family friendly apartment with 3 bedrooms in Åre Bjørnen. Located in 2nd floor and has amazing views of Åreskutan and Åresjøen. Short distance to the ski resort in Bjørnen (via the ski trail) and Copperhill Mountain Lodge, with, among other things, bar, restaurant and spa. Close to several popular hiking areas. Quiet area at the heart of a dead end. Plenty of parking space. Baby cot and high chair available. The perfect base for a family vacation in Åre. Summer and winter!

Note! We weeks 2-5 we only rent out to families or parties 35+. Fresh apartment in the middle of central Åre with lovely balcony facing south. 200 meters to Åre square and 100 meters to the train station. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Of course, children are welcome in the company of parents! Rented to maximum 6 adults. Works for 7 people if some are children. Rented Sun-Sun, Sun-Thurs or Thu-Sun. Featured weeks only Sun-Sun. (Week 51, 52, 7, 8, 9 and 16)

Small mountain cabin

Cozy cottage which is close to long and hiking trails and the mountain with child-friendly slalom slope. During summer and autumn there are nice hiking trails and the opportunity to find berries and mushrooms. The cabin is small but well-disposed with fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms as well as open plan living room and dining area. Note: No Wi-Fi and own sheets and towels are brought.

Perfect apartment for the ski family, who want to be in the middle of the ski slope but also want to be close to everything else that Åre offers. The apartment is located about 50 meters from the slope and the World Cup stadium, and has a view up on the ski slope. Into the square and train station, it is about 400 meters!
