Welcome to Norderön, a lakeside holiday home from the 1800s with a genuine and natural feel. Here you can live easily and peacefully with a lakefront plot. The house has a kitchen, and outside there is both an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor shower with hot water. There is a cozy outdoor toilet(!) near the house. Norderön is a place with history and soul, where the ferry ride becomes the start of the experience. Deer and elk are often seen. At the same time, there is a golf course, restaurant and canoe rental nearby. Perfect for those looking for tranquility, nature and a genuine island feeling.

Cozy mountain cabin, walking distance to the slopes & fishing

Ski-in from Duved's slopes, only 200 meters to Indalsälven for fishing and swimming. The cottage is located between mountains and a river – quiet, close to nature and close to everything. In winter You can reach the ski slopes in a short walk, home you go Ski-In. If you want to explore Åre or Björnen, there is the bus stop right outside (Sotargränd stop). In the summer The Indalsälven river with a swimming/barbecue area and fishing is only 200 meters away. Hiking trails are available next door. Duved's restaurants can be reached in 15 minutes by foot, or take the bus.

Upstairs is a fully equipped kitchenette (induction stove, microwave and refrigerator) and two sleeping alcoves - one with two 80 cm beds and the other with two 70 cm beds, which can be put together to make double beds. Sofa and TV in one of the sleeping alcoves. Office space for connecting computer to screen and WiFi. Nice hiking terrain behind the house with a road down to Helgesjön (2 km) and a snowmobile trail to Fröå mine (8 km).

Welcome to our newly renovated and family-friendly summer cottage on our farm in Offerdal. Here you live quietly and close to nature with mountains, forests and lakes nearby – perfect for both relaxation and excursions. On the farm there are cows, horses and cats, which are usually appreciated by both children and adults. In summer, there are cozy cafes within walking or cycling distance as well as nice swimming areas, fishing waters and forests rich in berries and mushrooms. Duvets and pillows are available. Bed linens are included or can be rented for SEK 60/set.
