Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4 rooms with sauna in peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, floor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives it the cabin feel you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walkway of 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (operating during ski season). Enjoy a luxurious experience at this centrally located home. Here you relax and have skiing, biking as well as hiking trails directly adjacent to the cabin. Detached house of about 50 sqm spread over two floors with 2 bedrooms and bathroom with spacious sauna overlooking Åre village. Large south-facing balcony with magical views. The VM 8 and the hill right ”outside the door” . This lift that opens first and closes at the end of the day and the season takes you out to all of Åre's magical ski system. Genuine ski in ski out!

It is ski in ski out and a nice and cozy newly built apartment (finished 2016) with everything you may need. Both Tegefjäll and Duved's lift system (they sit together) is just outside the door. When you stay with us, you also have the opportunity to rent our Fjällpulken, mountain backpacks tent and more. Just ask and we'll arrange it. Snowracern and the sleds are free to borrow:)

Cozy apartment with a great location! Walking distance to the lift that opens first as well as to ski rental. The place was well planned and fresh. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Communication with the host as well as check-in/check-out was also smooth and clear. Can highly recommend this home to others and would love to stay here again!

We had great days in Johan's cabin with skiing, northern lights and swimming in the jacuzzi. Johan was easy and clear to communicate with. The cottage is empty better than what the pictures show, spacious, comfortable beds and cozy to be able to burn in the stove. Everything you might need in housewares is in the cabin, we made waffles that were appreciated by the children. The projector that allowed movie watching upstairs was also a hit. We would be glad to come back!

The second year that we, family of four, live in this nice cabin, and it's not supposed to be the last . Fredrik and his wife are incredibly hospitable, helpful and responsive. Fredrik even drove us to the train station on the way home. We highly recommend this fresh and cozy mountain accommodation, with comfortable beds and which is conveniently close to the ski bus.
