Perfect mountain cabin in Åre Björnen

Central modern 4a in Åre Björnen, Bear Lodge, with ski-in/ski-out and close to grocery store (ICA ToGo), restaurant and Skistar rental. Lovely views of the mountains and Åresjön. Balcony, sauna, underfloor heating and fast Wi-Fi (500 Mbit/s). Parking space with engine heater and electric charging (SEK 5/kwh). Perfect location for the family and the active. Via the lift system, you can reach Åre village and cross-country skiing/biking trails. Just outside the door, you can also reach wonderful trails for hiking, berry picking, fishing and trail running.

Åre/Tegefjäll between Åre village and Duved. Quiet, modern and family-friendly accommodation close to nature and adventure both summer and winter. In summer, you can hike directly from the house. Nice berry fields are close by. The ski slope is just 50 meters away. Duveds and Tegefjälls lift systems are built together. Many people think it is the best skiing in the area, but you can also take your skis down to the free ski bus to Åre, where the lift cards also apply. With touring skis, you can go directly out on the mountain expanses.

The apartment is located at the top of the Nyvallen Tegefjäll area. Has a wonderful view. Close to the children's slope and Tegefjäll's lift system that connects with Duved. Welcome to Tegefjäll Enbäret Panorama! The apartment is located high located with a magnefik view from the terrace in addition to Åreskutan. It is ski in ski out and a nice and cozy newly built apartment (finished 2016) with everything you may need. Both Tegefjäll and Duved's lift system (they sit together) is just outside the door. When you stay with us, you also have the opportunity to rent our Fjällpulken, mountain backpacks tent and more. Just ask and we'll arrange it. Snowracern and the sleds are free to borrow:)

Note: Week 2-5 we only rent to families or groups of 35+. For rent Sun-Sun, Sun-Thurs or Thurs-Sun. Selected weeks (7, 8 & 9) only Sun-Sun. Christmas week 2025 is rented out Sat-Sat (12/20-27). To make the most of Easter + Easter holiday 2026, we rent out 9 nights, Good Friday 4/3 to Sunday 4/12! Super nice apartment 65 sqm in the middle of the village! High up in the house with a view and balcony towards Åresjön. 250 m to lift, 150 m to train and 300 m to the center with restaurants and shops. Here you live perfectly in Åre all seasons whether you are going skiing, biking or hiking and enjoying the nature around Åre. Nice hiking opportunities in Åre's proximity. The variety of amusements is endless with several good restaurants, shopping and adventure swimming and SPA for kids and adults.
