Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. Electricity is available for heating, cooking and lighting. Water from the mountain basin is in a faucet outside the cabin. A wonderful place to just relax and enjoy the simplicity, or a base to explore the area around the famous bird lake Ånnsjön in the east or Storulvån's mountain station and all the classic mountains in the west.

Perfect for relaxation, fishing and nature. Own boat included, the water is known for good fishing. Completely secluded location without neighbors, but only 25 minutes from Åre. Cozy and rustic cottage with the lake as your closest neighbor – ideal for those who want to disconnect and enjoy the silence. With a chemical toilet, no running water. There is a large jug of water. Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Our modern mini-lodge (Älgen) is located in attractive Sadeln. The cabin is 40 sqm + 25 sqm loft. With a fantastic location in Åre Sadeln, with ski in/ski out to Åre's entire ski system. Here you also have walking distance to the cross-country tracks as well as Björnen city center with services such as restaurants, shops and ski rental. Walking distance to Åre Riding Club/Riding house where opportunities for horseback riding are available.

Det är öppet mellan sovloftet och vardagsrummet vilket bör beaktas om man avser sova på loftet och om man reser med morgonpigga individer. Stugan är modern men mysigt inredd för att skapa en härlig stugkänsla. Huså ligger på andra sidan Åreskutan från Åre sett och har en egen skidbacke och mycket goda möjligheter till skoteråkning. Här finns även en fors att bada i och vandringsleder.
