Reina’s place was a perfect he base for our weekend stay in Humboldt. This place is so cute! I love the story how they built it themselves and it had everything we needed. I decided to go to the Co-op (a few minutes drive) to grab stuff to make breakfast because the kitchen had everything I needed, Huge help when traveling! Especially the coffee maker. The hot tub was so nice too. I got to enjoy the sunset and a soak after a long day of running around the city. Easy to find, easy to get in, Reina is a great host. Even though the house shares the walls and some window views with the main family house it feels very private. Probably one of the nicer Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. This is a special place and I would definitely stay there again!

We had a lovely stay for our 1 year wedding anniversary. Very cute studio and beautiful garden. Peaceful and quiet - I heard footsteps upstairs once during the day but not again. I'm a light sleeper and slept wonderfully, but if you need total darkness bring an eye mask as there is lots of natural light. The space heater was helpful at night. Nice kitchen but could use a few more common cooking ingredients to be top notch. Great shower! We had a little trouble finding the path from the street because the front yard has a lot of garden growth but one of the hosts saw us looking and helped us (thank you!). The hosts are warm and friendly, checked in on us and gave helpful instructions.
