Excellent location! Near tons of cafes and restaurants with loads to do! Do not follow google maps (it brings you to an empty lot) and instead check carefully the detailed guidance listed on Mane’s page on how to reach the place (my bad i didn’t check that part before). Mane is a great host always available to support. Recommended stay!

The place was great for our 8 days family reunion stay. There are everything you need in the kitchen if you decide to cook and a great barbecue in the garden. Lusine & Hasmik replied to our messages very quickly and were very helpful. We would definitely recommend to our friends to stay here and will be back when we are back in Armenia. Taxi fare to Yerevan is £8 and would take 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic. It is very close to Garni Temple and Symphony of stones which are two popular historical sites to visit.

Amazing apartment right in the center of the Yerevan, on one of the most beautiful streets! Walkable distance to everything you need to enjoy the city. We were visiting during the winter and the apartment was well heated, it also had an AC for the summer period. We will definitely choose the same apartment and the host next time visiting Yerevan!
