We were specifically looking for a house with a heated indoor swimming pool, which is not easy to find in Yerevan. So happy we found this one! Clean and comfortable house. Even nicer than we had expected from the pictures. Especially the swimming pool (as well as the jacuzzi) made our stay very pleasant and relaxing.

A modern living area features a sectional sofa in neutral and deep burgundy tones. A coffee table is centrally placed surrounded by plush seats. A flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall, with sliding glass doors providing access to a balcony.

I had an amazing stay at Artush’s place! I arrived at the airport early in the morning, and he was incredibly kind to let me check in earlier than scheduled. He even came himself at 3:30 AM to open the door for me. The apartment was spotless, with a great view from the balcony. Artush was extremely responsive and kind throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Many thanks to Marianne for the cozy and comfortable time we had in her home. The house is very big, cozy, modern. Everything in the house is made with love - furniture, decor, dishes, textiles - everything is very high quality, stylish, you can see that the hosts were very responsible for the design of the house. The terraces (there are two of them) have a very nice view of the mountains, and early in the morning you can see how balloons fly very close). Not a minus for the house and the hosts , but it is important - the last section of the road in the village is bad, but we were in a large car and were able to come first ourselves, then pick up friends from the square.

Mariam, the co-host, adds great value to this property with her prompt, accurate, and professional communication. If this is your first visit to Armenia and you’re accustomed to European or North American AirBnBs, it’s important to adjust your expectations, as the level of service may differ. However, I would definitely recommend this place based on the level of services typically available in Yerevan. The pool is quite small, roughly 3 by 4 meters, but it's refreshing for a quick dip in cold water during the summer. Be prepared to bring your own essentials, such as shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, spices and so on. In terms of location, it’s about a 30-minute walk or a 10-minute drive to the heart of Yerevan. The property offers a beautiful city view from its spot on the hill.

We rented the apartment on the top floor which was very private, very spacious, big living room with large table and seating area, 2 spacious bedrooms. Access to large private balcony from dining space with view of garden, pool and surrounding mountains. Everything was clean and worked well. Communication with the owner was easy and fast and she was very kind and always ready to help. Also all people working there were always nice and ready to help. We could park our motorbikes under the roof behind the gate what was very comfortable for us. Good small supermarket is right around the corner. It was a perfect spot for us to explore Gegham Ridge. Definitely recommend.

Cozy place to stay in a great spot We were able to enjoy the local beauty (you can walk on your own throughout). The kitchen was occupied, but highlighted the kitchen in another unoccupied cabin. There are animals in the Eco house, but it didn't bother us. Come, do not regret it.

Great house with beautiful and spacious rooms! We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and the property exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was a highlight for our family—it was very easy to use and well-equipped with plenty of utensils and essentials, making it perfect for preparing meals together. Sumbat, the house owner’s brother, was an excellent caretaker—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Such lovely people made the experience even more special. Thank you, Sumbat, for your hospitality! The location was peaceful and convenient, and the house was comfortable and inviting. A few suggestions for improvement: adding barbecue equipment would be a fantastic addition, and some bathroom pipes and switches could use a bit of upgrading. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we hope to come back again. Highly recommended.

We are regular airbnb travelers and would rate Karen's place as the nicest we have ever been to. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, a beautiful place where life has its own pace. The place was very clean, self-made, had everything we needed to feel at home for a long stay - really sometimes even better than at home. To describe it shortly, it is a whole house at your command! WIth its own pool, beautiful garden, even domestic birds! Karen made sure that it is the best place to stay, the amount of work he put in this place is outstanding. Communication with him was great too - he provided everything we needed - even though we had a long stay, was always available and genuinely a great and kind person! We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment as this is one of the best experiences on this app. We are looking forward to staying here again!

This place was amazingly calm. Marina and her family were kind, helpful and we really enjoyed staying at their place. To addition, their pool was a nice place to play at after whole day of sighting. If you are looking for a room at really affordable price I deeply recommend this one:))
