Our stay at Arshak’s place was fantastic! The house was beautiful and impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed and good view. The home was cozy and Arshak was always available to answer our questions. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at Arman’s place during our trip to Armenia. He was an exceptional host-friendly, communicative, thoughtful and very helpful. He gave us great local tips and even helped us with last-minute errands on our final day, which we truly appreciated. The property was spotless and spacious, perfect for our group of three couples. We especially loved the large living area, cozy rooms, and the pool. The quiet neighborhood made it a relaxing retreat, and though it’s 10–15 minutes from the city center, getting around with taxi app was easy. Arman was also very flexible with check-out and gave us a great rate. All in all, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time we’re in Armenia. Thank you, Arman, for your hospitality and for making our trip extra special!

We are regular airbnb travelers and would rate Karen's place as the nicest we have ever been to. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, a beautiful place where life has its own pace. The place was very clean, self-made, had everything we needed to feel at home for a long stay - really sometimes even better than at home. To describe it shortly, it is a whole house at your command! WIth its own pool, beautiful garden, even domestic birds! Karen made sure that it is the best place to stay, the amount of work he put in this place is outstanding. Communication with him was great too - he provided everything we needed - even though we had a long stay, was always available and genuinely a great and kind person! We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment as this is one of the best experiences on this app. We are looking forward to staying here again!

This house was an oasis in Erevan. Everything neat and clean, very spacious rooms, and above all a lovely pool! Very nice, in a beautiful, green garden with fruit trees and a large table with benches and an outdoor kitchen. It was very hot during our stay, but certainly because of the pool we had a very nice time!

Super friendly, welcoming hosts. Good value for money, few steps away from the very heart of Yerevan. Maybe not the most modern house and inventory, but fine for us and relevant for the price we paid. Only downsides would be: rooms should be cleaned more often and thoroughly, river was smelling sometimes (not disturbing us, but important to know). If we come again to Yerevan, we would return for hospitality and everything that was necessary for our 1 week stay with 3 separate rooms and 2 toilets. Thanks!

Very good apartment, in the city center of Yerevan, fast wifi connection, everything is as in the photos. Welcoming and flexible host even when I arrived 2 hours early. 5/5

Appartment was as described and it matched the photos. Owner is very friendly. Location is quiet, but to rech main street with most of the shops you need to walk around 10-15min. Anyway grocery you can find close to the location. The place good value for money I recomend to everyone!

Lovely house that suited our family perfectly. Inside there is everything you need for a comfortable stay: washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioners, TV, dishes. We were very comfortable. The only thing missing was the WiFi. The owner is very polite in kind, answered all questions.

Zara & her family were so friendly and caring. We felt homely atmosphere during our stay. It had everything as described in the photos and descriptions. Overall we are quite satisfied with our stay. They can think of providing AC in the bedroom because we visited this place in hot summer and it was hot inside the bedroom. But they quickly assisted us by providing extra fan.

Spacious apartment 2+1 . Freshly decent renovation, clean, cozy. Located on the 2nd floor of a private house,a separate entrance, a very responsive and friendly host lives on the ground floor. There is parking behind the fence in the yard. The house is on the outskirts, but not far from the highway leading to the center, by car 15-20 minutes. The apartment has gas heating and water heating, dishes, washing machine. Compared to competitors, a great option for the money, I recommend!

Very nice and polite host, ready to help. There was clean, silent. Heating was also working so there was no problem to stay at winter. Will go back here again for sure.

I really liked everything, the hospitable hostess Aline, a clean and cozy house with a back patio where you can fry kebabs and sit in the gazebo. Be sure to take the house keys with you if you go outside and slam the door :) There are more than enough dishes, clean towels and fresh linens Thank you very much Aline for the accommodation provided, I recommend!

The house was extremely clean and comfortable - truly a 5-star stay! The owner was very kind and helpful, always available when we needed anything. We felt so welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for everything!

The small house is located in a quiet and peaceful courtyard, right in the center of the city, which is very convenient for various types of entertainment. It was clean, beautiful, with a pleasant harmony of colors. It's an ideal formula for two people or three maximum. Thank you for the warm welcome, we will definitely be coming back.

Amazing place, amazing host.

very kind and wonderful host Shagen. he had helped us a lot. we were arriving at night, but Shagen was grateful to meat us. Everything for long stay is in the house, place for work, kitchen, bathroom, dining room, 2 bedrooms and small yard. Good location: there is subway station, a lot of busses and City and a small supermarket near. we were very happy to live in this wonderful house
