I recently stayed at this wonderful apartment, I had an amazing experience. The location is fantastic, everything you need is around you. I stayed for 2 days, and the apartment was impeccably clean. The host provided ample amenities and a fully equipped kitchen, which made my stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. It was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to returning again!

Lovely apartment, lovely house, we have lived for several months and are very happy to come home after walks! We didn't have any problems at all. Believe me, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and remote work. Liana takes care of guests and the apartment. If we come to Yerevan, we would like to stay in these devices💜

We had a great stay at Michael's / Hotelise's place. It was very central and easy to find. They gave very clear instructions how to enter the apartment. We had everything for a group of 4 - very nice that every room had its own bathroom! A couple of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood, the next supermarket was a 10 min walk. We would book it again.

We had a great weekend stay at this Airbnb. Check-in was super easy, and the host provided all the necessary information in advance. Rafael was an exceptional host—very responsive and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The apartment was clean, cosy, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The heating was fantastic; Rafael had thoughtfully turned on the floor heating in advance, ensuring that we arrived to a warm and comfortable space without any surprises. The place was well-equipped with all the necessary kitchen and bathroom essentials, free Wi-Fi, and even pocket Wi-Fi for convenience. The only thing we felt could be a great addition is a microwave oven, as it would have been really useful during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed the cosy apartment. Thanks again, Rafael, for making our stay so pleasant!

Cozy place to stay in a great spot We were able to enjoy the local beauty (you can walk on your own throughout). The kitchen was occupied, but highlighted the kitchen in another unoccupied cabin. There are animals in the Eco house, but it didn't bother us. Come, do not regret it.

A shaded seating area is provided with plush cushions on woven chairs and a low table, inviting relaxation. The background showcases a vibrant view of the sea, with soft waves and clear skies visible beyond the elegant canopy.

I found a little paradise here. With very friendly, attentive and helpful people. A great beach bar with a pool and located right on the beach of Lake Sevan, a great joy to be in the water. If the hustle and bustle of the pool was too much for me, there was a lovely pine tree path that led me to a small private stretch of beach. The “tents” are equipped with every comfort. The restaurant directly on site serves delicious food and also a good selection for vegetarians. In one word everything was PERFECT 😀 Thank you very much 🙏

Amazing location!! Right in the heart of the city. Vahan and his wife were exceptional hosts. Very attentive and checked up on me numerous times. The actual unit itself was spacious and seemed to have just been newly renovated. Everything was where it should be and I really can't think of any negatives. I highly recommend!!

Aren provides great hospitality in a peaceful farm, very isolated - so perfect for a city break. Environment in the common areas was good, as was all of the infrastructure. Right around the property are pleasant places for walks. I fully recommend and might come back sometime. The only thing I point out is that the Internet connection in the cabins is not perfect, if you're looking to work remotely. However you can solve this by acquiring a pretty cheap SIM card in the town from Team Telecom. All the best to you, your family and your staff Aren 👍

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was spotless and the furniture was not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable. The outdoor BBQ area was perfect for evening meals, and the view of the mountains was simply breathtaking. Every detail was thought of, and it made our stay so enjoyable. Newly built villa units. Super modern, spacious and clean villa. Two stories, bedrooms are upstairs, 1 bathroom upstairs one downstairs both have walk in showers. Everything is brand new. Tv had Netflix, etc. Good wifi, full kitchen with ample glassware. Floor to ceiling windows looking into the courtyard/pool. Thanks again!

Everything was great! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating. I made a mistake with my reservation, and she went out of her way to assist me. The place was impeccably clean and exceptionally comfortable.

Spacious accommodation, convenient lockbox system for late arrivals, airco available, very pleasant courtyard where we ate outside several times and cute garden that allows you to be quiet in the lively town of Yerevan. Rooms on the side of the streets a little noisy, on the other hand overlooking Mount Ararat on a clear day:-) Needs to have a car or take taxis to get around. Not too far from the airport. Very clean accommodation, responsive host, thank you to Karine.

When you travel with children, a seamless experience is difficult to come by, but the Hotelise team has blown us away once again. The apartment we booked was beautiful (even better than the photos!) and having arrived on a delayed flight with lost luggage, we were able to find where the keys were at 3am without issue. Knowing that I could message the team at any point was also very useful and alleviated any potential stress. Our key had an issue one day. I texted them in the morning and it was fixed by that afternoon. Everything was so simple, down to booking a cleaning service. Not only will I be back, but I certainly recommend this top notch & reliable service!

Satenik was the definition of a superhost. She was incredibly friendly, always willing to help, and attentive to any request. Her place is beyond amazing—it looks even better in person than in the pictures. It’s the perfect getaway from city noise, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The 360-degree view of the surrounding mountains and trees is breathtaking, and there are great hiking opportunities to enjoy the fresh air. Satenik also treated us to delicious homemade dishes, which made our stay even more special. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this place!
