Apartment vacation rentals in Ararat Province

Liana's apartment was the perfect space in the perfect place. I would have liked to stay a few more days, but the apartment was already booked for those days. It has everything you need. The atmosphere inside is pleasant, I felt completely at home. In addition, the contact with Liana - as far as necessary - was very pleasant. It was also nice that I was allowed to check out a little later, so I could comfortably bridge the time to the next address. On my next visit to Yerevan, I'd love to come back here.

Great place to stay, beautiful apartment exactly like in the pictures. Supermarket is right in front of the building. 15 min walk to centre. Would definitely recommend.

Clean, spacious, cozy apartment with a good renovation. Comfortable beds, great sofa in the living room. There is everything you need: plates, glasses, washing machine, air conditioning, iron. The bathroom even has cotton pads, and they even gave us disposable slippers! :) Stayed here for a few days with friends, liked everything! A wonderful host, very quick to respond to all questions. The location is also gorgeous: the center of Yerevan, everything is close, there are a lot of cafes, busy streets, places for breakfast and dinner. Right next to the house there is a shop and a fruit and vegetable stall. 15 minutes to the Cascade. Behind the windows of the apartment - some kind of construction, but we didn't hear any noise (maybe the construction isn't functioning now). Very attractive price for such cool apartments. Thank you so much for our time in Yerevan!

A very good stay in a very comfortable and very clean apartment, located in a lively area of Yerevan, but overlooking a very quiet courtyard! The owner gave good advice and was very responsive (as soon as we arrived at the airport!), and he came to greet us on site. We would definitely recommend it!

Great flat. I can absolutely recommend. Very clean. Looks qs on pictures. Two very clean bathrooms. It looks like on pictures. Very nice kitchen and living room. We loved to sit on balcony in the evening. Restaurants, Cafés and sights very closeby. Host was very nice.

Extremely clean and recently remodeled apartment in a stunning location. Everything you need is a quick walking distance- shops, restaurants, tourist attractions, etc. The view itself from the balcony goes beyond 5 stars. On a clear day, Mt. Ararat looks amazing, especially during sunrise and sunset.

It is not the first time I am staying in this apartment and I love it! The apartment is quiet, spacious, and with the amazing view. Michael is also an amazing host who always responds quickly and more than ready to help. p.s. The previous guest’s review is simply not true.

A large spacious apartment with an interesting design. Great location in the city center, two supermarkets are nearby. The apartment is in excellent condition, everything is clean, there is everything you need. I was satisfied with the stay.

Thank you very much for the stay, the flat had everything needed for the comfortable life and remote work. I also was very surprised by various kitchen staff, was nice to cook there. Very cozy and really close to center, 20 min to airport, will definitely come back!

The host was amazing and always there if we had a question. The location was great, close to restaurants and shops. There is a concierge and security service in the building which was a great help. The apartment was cozy and just what we needed for our family of four. Stayed there for 3 weeks and will definitely choose this apartment for our next visit!

Great place to stay in Yerevan. Lovely balcony, excellent host (good communication in English), working air conditioner. 10 minute safe walk to the metro. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Lilith's (Artaks sister) apartment! The place was spotless and spacious, just as shown in the pictures. The location is also perfect, being close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Lilith is an amazing host—friendly and attentive, making sure I felt right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay!

Arsen’s place was a great spot to stay in Yerevan! The apartment is very cozy and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Its location is also very convenient for getting around Yerevan. We really liked the place, and Arsen was very polite and helpful.

Ruzanna is very accommodating and welcoming. The place is centrally located but is adjacent to a very busy public park with people enjoying the outdoor restaurants and cafes with loud music. It is noisy at night but closing windows usually solves the issue. The apartment is on the first floor with only one flat of stairs. The place is big and nice but needs some minor repairs and upgrades to make it more comfortable and enjoyable.

The host is very accommodating, she even allow us to check-in early. Her place is very clean, she provides everything you need in the apartment. We stayed in apartment for 4 days and 4 nights. The place is very accessible and walkable in supermarket, coffee shop and even tourist spots. We enjoyed the place. Thank you so much Siranuysh

We had a group of seven and it was perfect. We loved the accommodations and it was walking distance to everything. It also by the children’s park which is perfect since we had kids with us

From the very first contact David was very accomodating to all my requests. He provided detailed/video instructions of how to find the place, the parking. Responded to every message within a minuet or less. Generously provided with all personal care products. As a host, I rate him 5 out of 5. The apartment is big and specious, well laid out, equiped with all essential items for comfort. The location is fantastic, walking distance from 24/7 supermarket, fresh bakery, cafes and restaurants, shops for little shopping therapy if you wish and much more. I loved the security of the building with 24/7 monitored security, working lift. Definitely good value. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely visit again.
