Cosy and nice place to stay!

Had a great experience at this place in the centre of Yerevan. It is good for 5+ people. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The host was very understandig and let us check in later because we were late from the airport. He also gave us a brief description of surroundings and gave us advice during our stay in Yerevan. The appartment is big and everything stated in the description is working properly (Wi-Fi, washing machine,hairdrier, etc.) Good value for the money, looking forward to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Emma's place. The place was spacious, bright and clean. We had everything we needed. Our host was very nice and attentive. It was nice of her to call the next day to see if everything is good and we had everything we needed. The location is great right in the center of the city. The only problem was the entrance which is not in the main street and it took us some time to find it. Also be aware that there is no elevator and there are some stairs to get to the apartment. Overall we had a nice stay and I recommend it if you are planning to go to Yerevan.

Dr. Meri's place was spotlessly clean, accurately described and Dr. Meri herself is a very helpful and amazing person. She even had some snack prepared for us, so we didn't have to rush to a supermarket to get supplies, even though one of them is just the opposite side of the street. If we'll be back in Yerevan, we would be really happy to stay at her place or rent it long term. Please do not hesitate to contact her or just go ahead and book her place. Her place is the best Airbnb we ever stayed. Her place is in a walkable distance from the center (took us about 15-20 min, depend on the route we took).

The home is really a place perfectly for families specially for us. very responsive and helpful host. we love the interior it is exactly what we are looking for. the kitchen is superb very spacious! and it got everything we needed. the living room is very relaxing. the bedrooms were on the spot. perfect sizes of beds and linens. my kids and us have enjoyed our stay in Hyur. Highly recommended.

everything was perfect! the apartment is cute and cozy, and has everything you might need, down to the smallest detail. it was warm and i could adjust the temperature, which i really appreciated in november! the location is pretty much in the center, but it's the quietest apartment i've been to in yerevan. the communication with the host Syuzanna went smoothly. thanks again for everything!

Nice apartment, approved location. Three minutes from the square, lots of cafes, taverns around; within walking distance is a small grocery store with affordable prices. The apartment has dishes, electricstove, refrigerator. You can cook. I'm happy if we use this apartment again in Yerevan.

Everything was good and matched the description, I liked that the apartment has a lot of mirrors, there are dishes, a stove, a kettle, a fridge and a microwave. Well-equipped apartment even for a long stay. The only thing is that at night you can hear the metro trains passing from the apartment, but the metro runs until 23:00, so this is not a problem.

We have enjoyed our stay. Will visit again.

We settled in for 4 days. Everything was wonderful! The place is nice, cozy, there is a balcony. Near a beautiful park and several delicious restaurants. I liked everything!

I spent more than one month at Artur's place and it was more than ideal for such a stay. You can find all sorts of amenities around and everything can be easily reached from the apartment. I can only recommend it, it has everything that you need for an affordable price.

This is quite a nice place, a spacious room with its own bathroom. The Wi-Fi is adequate, so is the kitchen. The location is not bad, there's a reasonably big supermarket just around the corner and some cheap restaurants as well. The water pressure in the shower could have been stronger, but I like the fact that hot water would come instantly. I also like the kettle, which stores hot water for an extended period of time. The door is very easy to use.

Very kind and responsive host. Super accommodating. Location is unmatched. Highly recommended. They have tea, coffee, and the apartment itself has everything you would need. Best host we've had in our 2 weeks in Armenia.
